  1. sounds like the rims are a bit wide if they are running 235's on them! what offset are they? we do have a bit more guard clearance on the rear than the sedans and hatches, if you have coilovers in the front you might squeeze them in with some camber......
  2. to all that have contacted me, i will email pictures and details tommorow evening after i take some pictures, thanks dan
  3. or just buy my spare pedders ones....... guaranteed a lot cheaper than that :P

  5. Ahh shoot sorry for the run around, now I remember I had to space the standard one to run the 1zz cable haha, sorry, anyway I have found you a 2zz one, grab my number off pippy and gimme a call and I'll organise to get the bracket and other piece you wanted to you..... Need to chat to you about some other things also...
  6. Just realised I made a mistake in my previous post, it's supposed to be "sin manual trans 75w-85"
  7. heya im using a 1zz bracket and cable on mine no worries, im running a spacer under each bolt hole to take up the cable slack, still gets full open throttle and everything fine. from memory i think the spacers are about 12mm. im sure pippy has one there you can mock up and have a look at anyway :P if not the 1zz brackets r a dime a dozen.......
  8. as some people on the forum already know i work with gearboxes all day long,so i have had the oppurtunity to trial a lot of different oils in my 6 speed 2zz gearbox, i would recommend either castrol vmx80 or the best oil i have found for both shift and protection is penrite "semi syn manual trans" <thats what is written on the bottle. but if it has had the shockproof oil in it i would go for the castrol vmx80 as it will wash the synchros out better than any other oil and get your shift back up to where it was before. basically the shockproof oil gunks up the synchro so it doesnt slow the gear down as well as it should......
  9. i like the hydrashield on the pod filter.... aint no water getting through that plastic bag! :P it appears to be coming along well,
