  1. does it have manual locking hubs on the front wheels?
  2. I gave Daniboy a hand to do the swap on his rolla. He did the knock sensor side of things, so will have to check with him what he did. I've been thinking about running the older sensor also, I've got it, just need to wire it in. you just snip the plug off the two wires you have there and only connect the black wire the other wire just tape it up in the loom not connected to anything, it can stay there incase for some reason later down the track you need another wire there, a couple of helpfull threads....just remembering celica pinouts are slightly different also. but my wire was black.......:) http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?t=118117 http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?t=205701
  3. sedan hatch or wagon all the prefacelift headlights are the same in the australian delivered vehicles, all wagons are prefacelift style headlights, even the facelift wagons!(they just got a different bumper.....)
  4. May i add that you can buy the pillowball top camber plates for the fronts to add onto these, you can also purchase them seperate so you can add them onto any kit that runs a standard style strut top as they are a direct repacement,
  5. i can get you an old bashed about climate control unit for $75 from a wrecker, where abouts is the cable? is it inside going to the screen? ill see if i can get just the cable....

  10. Ok so im looking around at the UK version Corolla t-sport steering racks. they are electronic assist instead of hydraulic. what im wondering is if they are a simple powered standalone unit or are they wired into the ecu? if anyone can find any good info on them i would be your best friend haha. been doin heaps of looking around with no luck.
  11. i put a 3 spoke zzt231 celica one on my zze122, mine is japanese built and so is the celica the airbag plug and all where the same between, the celica one is smaller than a corolla one by a tiny bit, the celica ones have cruise stalks and radio buttons on some, you can utilize these for other things like boost controller buttons etc if you get the matching clock spring and wire them in like i am in the process of doing.
  12. bump! added celica engine cover ,wagon rear bumper, stock headlights, stock rims and few other bits, price reductions on some items too!
  13. Ok so i have been searching high and low for a set of 4 door visor/rainshields for my corolla wagon zze122. If anyone finds a link for a set online let me know! the only option so far i have found is $400 from toyota japan.....
  14. Ok so i have had heaps of people telling me that they cant get rid of moisture in their headlights after pulling them apart to do a headlight mod,the reason for this is that people are using an incorrect sealant to reseal their headlights. You should not be using a silicone product to reseal them, Silcone actually sweats which causes the moisture in your headlight, its not a spot you have missed sealing it back up! which brings me to the next point, silicon on metal car panels=rust because the silicon sweats and causes rust The CORRECT product to use is a "SIKAFLEX" which is a polyurethane based product. "sikaflex"=the brand name of one well known polyurethane based product hope this saves a few people the hassles of doing things twice!
  15. Just a warning for any members who might be looking at these on ebay they look like the american model ones not the aussie ones from the pictures. seems like someone ordered the wrong ones and is trying to resell them haha http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Toyota-Corolla-Fog-Lights-OEM-Clear-Kit-03-04-/320760351093?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4aaece8975

  17. i had a car in at work 2 weeks ago, a new v8 turbo diesel land cruiser, it had bolt on billet snake racing spacers, it came to us because the studs had snapped and it dragged the diff along the road. this is just one of many cases of spacers causing more damage than they are worth!
