On the manual does it say "sportivo" kit or gtp kit. Looks like it may have been for the gen4.5 hence the slight gap in the corners.

It will fit, but won't look right as there are differences between the Gen4s and Gen4.5. But what you can do is find a set of gen4.5 clear lenses and replace the fluted glass lenses of the gen4s. Pretty sure that's what Leon did to his Gen4 - to fit the gen4.5 angel eyes headlights. Otherwise you'll need to replace quite a few things. ps I have a set of gen4.5 clear lenses, just a pitty you are all the way down there.

Hahahah. Money out of my bum? I think not. If so, I'd be @ 5.5-6.0psi already! I forgot about the intake resonator. Go to Autobarn and buy a 2.75" aluminium pipe and get them to thread a barb on, size isn't important as it is just a breather hose. That will also increase the engine roar. LOL. I'm on 5.5-6psi and I don't have a money tree either! If you buy things in little bits and pieces, you forget how much you spend. :P

Pretty sure tht is a combination of the battery already starting to die and larger current draw. Another thing to note is most batteries especially the lead acid ones will not survive intact from being run flat as they weren't designed for it. I'd look into the optima batteries or the exide orbital range as they are virtually the same thing. My optima battery has been in the car for over 6 years now and that is with a big system and I can run it off battery for 2 hours or more depending on the volume. So realistically it is well worth the extra $$ as I would have had to replaced a normal battery several times by now.

Someone at the spit actually knows about my car!! There were the usual "stylish *laugh*" But then I heard someone tell the guy laughing that the car has a supercharger in it and I was like wow! Btw the end result was that we got fed and had a nice drive. Props to getting a cruise up and going, just need to iron out the details before we head off next time. Andrew did anyone comment on your car? :P

Well since there isn't a list up and the shops are going to close soon. I'm going to bring the bread. I'll try and get us some hot dog rolls. Otherwise we can just buy everything at the first meet. Ps are we going to do spring brook too? :-P

Soooo can we have a list of what everyone is bringing for the bbq? So we dont have just snags and not bread or vice versa :P

Well I had a fail day today. Tried to fix up an engine earth. Manage to snap the head of the bolt where the cai is supposed to be connected to. Managed to drill the bolt out, only to do the same thing with a stronger bolt. But this time I couldn't drill it out and had to make a new hole to bolt the cai. Then wrestled with the over tightened oil filter for an hour.

I did it hand tight. Just when the seal was touching + half a turn.

Just had an epic 10 round fight with my oil filter. After a hour of swearing at it, getting a million little cuts and bruises, I finally managed to undo the bloody thing. But it isn't round anymore lol. Furthermore the easy wrench off nut feature with the oil filter is epic fail. The nut got rounded even with great care on the first go at taking it off. 2 hour oil change ftl... At least now the car has motul synthetic in it now.

I'll be there for sure!
