You're being a little unfair given you didn't even read your policy before signing up to them.
Don't forget most insurers will charge you extra since you've had an accident and you're only 20 when you do switch.
hrmm,.. maybe i am being a little unfair, even though it is my fault, *point taken*
however when it came to choosing a preffered repairer i had to run around too much,
im thinking of switching back to aami, they didnt mind which repairer i chose, even though its not their preffered one, :]

also it took them up to three weeks to assess the car, aami took a week, probs different in other states, but yeah, im just putting in my perspective :]
