I would highly recommend not using dishwashing liquid has it is much more abrasive than normal washer fluid. Your paint will not like it. i see.. can i use beeps shampoo method then ?

i use the "morning fresh" dishwashing liquid :3 a drop or two in a 2L Coke bottle, warm water (to dissolve quicker), and viola, :D !

i like your headlights :3 edit: good luck in finding turbo equipment for your echo, its gna be a bit hard, you cant just "slap in a turbo" you'd need like a new manifold, intercooler, etc etc, lot of work and reasearch :]
