The wheels I'm guessing are after markets. Do you have hub centric rings? Usually after markets have a different bore size and require rings to fit snugly on the hub

the camry , ive had 19x8.5 et38 others have had 19x8 et40 to et 45 but for 19inch the common width is 8 to 9 inches wide edit : recommended tyre specs are 245 - 35 - 19

Have the cables with the protectors on them to prevent damage. Isn't it negative first then positive

Your best most affordable way is simply upgrade to HID . Kits are available on eBay for $50 and you install yourself.

I have also read from somewhere (which I shall try and find) that an aftermarket sunroof weakens the structure unless it was factory made. To think about it why didn't you put the extra money in the first place?
