  1. UPDATE: Had a run at Wakefield Park today. :D The verdict... Coilovers rock!!!! My PB went from 1:18.5ish to 1:16.4 That is on my crappy silverstones that are worse then the stock tyres that I ran the 1:18s on I was running consistant low 1:17s all day and dipped into the 16s on 5 laps. I reakon with race brakes, LSD and semi slicks, I should take another 2-3 seconds more off that time too :)
  2. I know SP71VO and SP07IV are both driven on Wollongong streets ;) MRROLA is also on a red Sportivo (part of Sydney Rolla Club)
  3. check the usual places... carsales.com.au, drive.com.au, tradingpost.com.au, www.redbook.com.au privately you could pick one up for ~$22-23k, through a dealer maybe $25-26k
  4. all depends on what your idea of 'kick @ss' is as everyone differs in taste... maybe post pics of links of those you are interesed in and a pic of your car and people can give you ideas of what to expect pretty fast ;)

  7. definately sounds more like a wheel balance issue then the swaybar.
  8. could be interesting if we could get a group showing together...
  9. Unmodified, this is correct, you need to either cut the skirt to fit a stivo (around the exhaust tip) or alter the tip. If it is put on standard it will melt the skirt... my car is the reason for the tech note on the rear skirt ;)
  10. typo... should be It for the front swaybar, take the wheels off and shine a torch along the swatbar to see if it's bent... what makes you suspect it's damaged, if you gave the whole story we may be able to help you better...
  11. can be installed yourself Pete... we will most likely have a group install meet for those that need help
  12. could possible be Screaminrollas old car... did it have C-One wingtips? How could the new owner got rid of the 5Zigens :(
  13. He also seems to be parked in my street alot too lately... it's a bit of a walk to work for you from there man. :P
  14. Not everyone wants to drive the Old Pacific, that's why you can take it if you wish on the way back. For the main cruise you have to accommodate EVERYONE'S needs, not the needs of most or the the needs of some... EVERYONE... Can I just say it's a big job to organise a cruise of this size and Tom, Mish, Mintos and Aimee are doing a great job. Just let them organise it and accept what they say...
  15. thanks for modifying that at least I don't abuse members for giving CORRECT information... <_<
  16. you'd be surprised what they do to avoid a claim payout ;)
  17. no it's not, you cut the muffler of the Honda Civic intended Axle Back and build a pipe to fit the corolla.
  18. 215/45s are huge for that model rolla... you want 205/40
  19. The rear swarbar is very obious to see. If it is damaged it will be bent or broken. Tt naturally has a downward inflection if that is what you are concerned about.
