Mine was done 2 weeks ago at Western Toyota in Sydney and it cost me $250 and I supplied by own Engine and Gear Oil. They did all the checks for me, adjusted my clutch and changed the collant and topped up all other fluids. Also no need to change the air filter as I have a CAI (only on for 6 weeks at the time)

follow these instructions carefully, as I will say this only once... 1) Click on where it says 'toyota owners club' at the top 2) scroll to the bottom of the page 3) click on the Meets and Events forum 4) click on the 'Melbourne? - anyone there' thread..... 5) follow Nino Lebs instructions on when and where to meet... 6) remember to take a camera and a CB....

2 grand is actually not too bad for that considering some of the prices Subs go for... I was expection around 10 grand just due to the low volume production and uniqueness.

Azza, I did the Maths and the logic makes no sense... I understand the decision but lets see... CAI + Sydney = ~$1000 if staying a night or 2 iPod + Europe = ~$5000 - $10,000 depending on the time span

I believe there isn't enough activity in this thread from all states to warrant this. It would help though if people put what state they are from in their profile or if travelling, which state they spotted the car....

Guys, the old (pre-facelift) ones from Toyota Japan were about $180 painted. If you can get that I think it's quite reasonable...

The Royal National Park - Free to drive through (unless you are speeding) Just kidding... We have been out to Wakefield Park a couple of time, about 1.5 hours down the Hume Highway in Goulburn. $80 to drive for a whole day, $40 for annual license + helmet hire if you need.

brendan - we were refering to his 205/40r17s not 215, 205/40r17 usually come with an 83 load rating, which is certainly not the recommended 87 <_< . Your 215s should be out by about 0.7% by memory and have an extra 8mm rolling diameter on the 205s. These are a good along with 205/45r17... 215/45r17 will be just over the rolling diameter by 0.7% so you may just get away with it. They are pretty common tyres too and can be found pretty inexpensive with the correct load rating, but may scrub in some cases.
