  1. I'm also interested in the eye lids as well. Please let me know of the price.
  2. As an alternative to the factory rubber hosing, I guess you could buy one of those short ram bomz intakes off ebay and attach the apollo on the end of it.
  3. This is better than a CAI ? Sweet... where did you get the adapter for the air flow sensor ?
  4. Did you find that you lose some low down torque with it installed ? When you look at the dyno charts for the aem one, it seems like the torque dips down below stock in the low rpms. I still can't decide with the k&n flat panel with flexiduct or a cai.

  6. I paid about the same for my 20k service and I just found out after driving a further 2.5k that they didn't clip the airbox back in place so my engine's been sucking in some unfiltered air lately. I guess they really wanted me to get that fuel injection clean... I have to make an effort to do a visual check under the bonnet after each service...
  7. You got some good prices there that put what I paid to shame. Most places in Sydney that I called wanted $250 installed and aligned. They even told me that the rear wheel alignment was necessary ! Ever since I got my whiteline springs, I have to take speed humps and parking with care - the side skirts can easily be scratched on the footpath/gutter.
  8. Got my whiteline control springs installed today and I'm extremely happy with it. First impressions were that I thought that it was only going to lower the car by 30mm, but it looks like it's lowered it even further. The fronts are lower than the rears. Handling has improved so much and has significantly minimised that irritating body roll when turning. Also when changing lanes, I get more responsive steering rather than that floating feeling. At long last, I'm going to start enjoy driving this car around the bends.
  9. Yes sounds interesting and expensive. SSS Automotive in Sydney sells front cuts.
  10. Hi, Please remove me from the rear TRD sway bar and add me to the Whiteline Rear Sway bar group buy. Thanks. Sorry for the hassle.
  11. I'm not changing the shocks. I prefer to change them when they've worn out so that they can be thrown out rather than taking valuable real estate in the garage.
  12. I got my whitelines, now just need to fit them next week.
  13. Don't forget that postage for them costs between $100 - 150 USD.
  14. I've already put down my deposit on the whitelines so can't be bothered shopping around anymore for these. Now looking at who will install them once I have them in my hands. So far, Australia's best is $200 inclusive of wheel alignment - so all up $545 - which I guess isn't too bad considering that the original eibach springs unfitted would have cost $583. Thanks for all your help on this...
  15. I ordered from repco - all up $345 which is cheaper than ordering off their website.
  16. Yep, I think the best option is to drive out to Minto for the whitelines and have someone else fit them. :) Australia's Best quoted me $450 for pedders springs supplied and fitted. I questioned the guy about pedders and kings but he was pretty confident that pedders are pedders and kings are kings...
  17. Okay, rough price is between $650-$700 with wheel alignment for whitelines. Prices for whitelines above didn't include gst...
  18. That's a cheap price - The pedders guy advised that kmacs and allsprings are too harsher ride and that pedders are more comfortable than kings. I'm still deciding on the Lovells or Whitelines. I called up the whiteline head office and they told me the nearest place that supplies and fits them is mrt performance at rhodes. Tried calling them several times yesterday, but got their answering machine...
  19. With ignition-x's price of $220, this group buy won't be worth it for Sydney buyers unless shipping is cheaper.
  20. I think I'll be going cheap and get the australian made springs. I got quoted for Lovells sports low $480 fitted. The rear is a progressive rate spring, front is linear. For Pedders sports ryders $550 fitted inclusive of wheel alignment. I've been told that these are progressive. Whiteline control springs $320 + fitting, which would be around $200 ? Are these the normal Sydney prices, or can someone recommend a good suspension shop. Thanks.
  21. I'm interested in the trd rear sway bar. Please add me to the list. I am in Sydney.
  22. Prolly somebody in Brisbane as isn't everything in Sydney overpriced? :P but i dunno any place in syd that has these springs You can get them from www.eibach.com.au - but they're out of stock until mid Jan.
  23. Can someone recommend a place in Sydney where I can get these springs fitted ? Preferably a place which doesn't over charge for their services. Thanks.
