My vote for nulon pro strength. Used it heaps and you will find that your exhaust note will burble a bit more on back off. Best results I have had using it were combined with Shell 100 octane. Dylan another thing if you're close to being due for an oil change do one as fresh light oil will also help punch out better numbers. I got an extra 5 odd kw from one week to the next(sat to sat) on the same dyno(time the same as temp etc) from just changing my oil and that fuel/octane boost combo.

Do you have to bend the lip on the edge of the hole behind the headlight ot make it fit?? And yes how much did it cost??

This car does look good. Shame the performance of the car doesn't match it in the looks department as it's a 1ZZ auto. :(

Like everything if you are willing to pay you can get it made. CES will custom make a set of headers to suit your purpose with merged collectors as will some other shops around the traps if your willing to pay for the design and testing. Anybody want to put their hand up????(and open their wallet ) I've had my turn so it must be someone else's go(looking in Azza's direction) seeing he gets everything else on the cheap cheap

Especially the "SP" varieties. They go well with my "Special K". After a few of them they do start to give you the trots though.... same sh!t different day :P

No crackle and popping here but more of a nice burble depending on which fuel I'm running. 100 octane it does it all the time and on 98 it's fairly regular as well.

Im speaking in exhaust fitting terms lil fella sorry,Mines(1zz-fe)is custom made primarily(well was) made for semiracing specs ,as its still a daily driver ive kept the cat,ive personally made exhausts for 3SGTEs,V8s & WRXs,all differ from cat/No cats ,The point i was making its does need back pressure ,its not a huge amount enuff for u to feel the difference,but enuff to equalise itself pressure wise in the system,it does matter wat muffler u install in the rear ,a baffled or chambered muffler is recommended (cheers silva) pls dont confuse Drop CES an email mate as they will be able to help you out with specifics. :D

Check out the traders section for pics and specs of CES' exhaust system. It is what a lot of people here run or something that looks similiar to it.

Go 2.5" from the cat back with about a 16" long resonator and a nice free flowing chambered muffler and you're in business. Good gains to be had but just be carefull of what muffler you use on the rear as that can affect power gains/loss a lot.

Don't forget that the MPS3 doesn't get full boost in first and second gear.

That's easy. Methenol! How would methanol run in the sportivo's? or would it do damage? I wasn't being serious mate. Methenol is usually reserved for motors with that much work done to them that they run down the drag strip at great speed lol, AND require parachutes to stop them haha. ahh you've obviously seen my car at the strip then :P

How much did you get for it?? How many k's and what year model was it? Just curious for comparitive purposes :D

Upping the compression on a sportivo will unearth another whole bundle of problems. Prolly the biggest will be what sort of fuel will you run??
