  1. Sean, when you do the YouYube code, you only put the stuff after the '=' sign in. For example, the stuff here in bold: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lk1wkbWI6I
  2. I parked it at Hotel Grand Chancellor for work (3rd day in a row) and it got absolutely filthy. My only parking spot seems to be right under a large air conditioning unit that drops all the condensation onto my car. I then called GSL Rallysport at 1pm and ordered a new set of brake pads. Got home at 5:30pm and my pads were there on my doorstep. I changed them over (after only 6,000km of hard driving) and went for a drive to bed them in. No words can how happy I am to no longer have an embarrassing squeal every time I come to a complete stop. These QFM HPX pads sure are great, but when they come to about 2mm of pad left before the wear indicator, they like to squeal like a b****. After that I stopped by the car wash and just hosed her down. She is only going to get dirty again tomorrow. I'll clean her properly before the meet on Thursday.
  3. Bunnings certainly would be your best bet. Termimesh FTW.
  4. Happy Birthday as well Mish. Go spoil yourself and do something to the Caldina
  5. You be surprised how much you can do with these cars before traction control or VSC even kick in. These days I'm starting to feel like it's not even there anymore.
  6. Oh man, this thread would be filled with so many songs from me. Because I work around installing movie systems, on most days I would see so many movie trailers that I get all these songs stuck in my head. Extremely annoying I must say. Biggest song of today though, thanks to that damn Fast & Furious trailer: Please wait a few seconds for Video to Load!
  7. Off topic, but OMG. That sure is an account revival. Remembered this one but can't remember the username to Caldina_Gurl
  8. Yeah. It was a Ray-Ban viral ad. Must admit, it is pretty wicked regardless though.
  9. Just re-quoting for future reference if anybody comes across this thread. Don't mind me:
  10. I wouldn't mind taking mine to a Motorkhana one day to see what it is really capable of.
  11. Not a definite answer but this may send you in the right direction. For most doors I've come across, firstly you take off the trim that is on the grab handle part of the door. Under there you should find a couple of screws you need to undo. Then you will find another screw in the door handle section. Usually there is a plate behind the handle that the screw hides behind. After that, you can use your hands and starting from the bottom, you pull the trim away from the door to disengage the numerous clips that are around the trim. Then you can lift the door trim upwards to take it off the door, paying attention to the door handle cable and other electrical wires there.
  12. Some type of an inflatable pool maybe? This seems like an appropriate place to make a contribution:

  14. They are universal in the sense that the colour is pretty much the same everywhere else when referring to it by colour code. For example, my Wildfire Mica is '3R3'. Whenever you request for it, you will always get the same colour (maybe with a minor variation), however the name may be different. In the USA, '3R3' is still the same red, but is called 'Barcelona Red'.
  15. Hehehe. Only looked at this site now and just realised there is a camera there in the workshop that you can watch a feed of and even control. Mind you all I see is an empty workshop with the lights off, but still. Sydney City Toyota : Webcam Not every car. 16. Sam That was the name I gave her when I got her. First name I can think of. A descriptive word doesn't really come to mind, but the first descriptive word I can think of is hot.
  17. Good stuff Ari. I'm kind of curious though; any particular reason you had that list of them?
  18. ToyzR: Me seeing the opportunity to make good use out of this thread, may I suggest changing the title to something like 'Aurion paint colour codes', and then we can post all the paint codes here. Would be useful for future reference if need be. To start off: Wildfire Mica: 3R3 Ink: 209
  19. Nup, not Photoshopped. It's an 'art piece' by Maurizio Cattelan. Also has this one: GEARFUSE » Hey… Did Anyone Else Notice There’s a Horse Hanging From the Wall?

  21. I'm changing mine at 90,000km which is what the manual states for severe conditions, which I'm sure mine matches that description. That is 10,000km away for me, which is about the same distance away as your 100,000km mark. I'd be fairly sure that you reach that point before me, so let me know how it goes. I'm really starting to consider taking mine to Toyota for them to do it, but I'll see how I go.
  22. I can easily get my hands on an already made adaptor that will do the trick. Saves a bit of time. Otherwise, I have the tools to make a mount that would do the trick. DIY options aren't hard for me. I'm just waiting for the right persuasion to go ahead and do it. This is the type of MAF adaptor I'm talking about:
  23. Good job mate. Many times I have considered picking up a 3inch MAF adaptor (easy for me to obtain) and making my own SRI to get that sweet, sweet sound, but for some reason I keep turning away from the idea. Maybe it's my strange hate for oiled filters. Now I am tempted to drive out right now and do so.
  24. I'd just run down to Jaycar or something like that right now, get the wiring, then get it installed. No need to let that delay you
  25. That's some serious WTF indeed. First picture, first post reminds me of Silent Hill. First picture, second post... now that's a wicked cut.
