On yours... I reckon it would look unique and pretty good. Maybe you should get one, and if it doesn't go as plan, just change the mesh.

Were you referring to the 'Circle Eyes' that mattomo got: Angel Eyes or Circle Eyes? Those were seriously wicked. I would love a set of them. He got them done at AutoJoy in Parramatta though.

I get that as well, but on other roundabouts as well. The lanes are clearly marked yet people on the outside lane decide to continue around the roundabout. Like my folks said when I was younger, some people just seem like they got their licence out of a cereal box. One more pet hate that I have is where you are in the right lane because the left lane is coming to an end, and the idiot in the left lane thinks it would be great to squeeze right to the end and start merging towards you and if you don't do anything, they will end up merging into your car. I've nearly been pushed towards an oncoming truck once because of that. Oh man, don't get me started on taxi's. I don't know how some of them are allowed to drive. I was driving down Brunswick Street and had a taxi pull out of the rank on the right side without indicating and if I didn't slam on my brakes, I would have most certainly lost my side mirror and have a stuffed front guard and door.

Just came across this earlier today. Any ideas on how he ended up how he is? He obviously was approaching from the left, but his car ended up the other way around. Plus he would have to have launched to land cleanly like that.

It also looks like the trim is in gloss black. That may or may not blend in well with the Aurion as the matt finish seems to work nicely. As for the mesh, it also appears to be the larger holed mesh. That will be pretty see through on the Aurion. You may as well kill two birds with one stone and buy some replacement black mesh for it. Then you get the more cleaner look of smaller holed mesh, plus you don't have to paint it. If you do choose to paint it, just an outdoor matt black spray paint will do the trick.

Interesting. Shame about the ending. Though, it was fun to watch. I wonder how exactly they are able to obtain those rockets and justify their usage.

I've always loved the new design Dogge Charger. It's really annoyed me as well as to how cheap it actually is for them. They have a pretty sweet sound to them as well, even the 2.7 litre V6 (though you can't say no to the 5.7 or 6.1 litre Hemi). On a side note, I would love to have cop cars over here like them. They look sweet in black and white.

Anyways, I was simply stating observations which are in fact true, so there is nothing wrong with that. That remark didn't involve any bad manners, so that should have nothing to do with what I said. Anyways, like Jaaassseeee said, these sharp snaps and apologies do get a little repetitive after a while. Sure we don't know what you're life is like, but that shouldn't matter when it comes to snapping at others. Everyone has issues of their own, but there is no need to put your problems on others. I have many issues in my life at the moment, but I'm not going to take it out on someone else. You should be able to practice a little self restraint and post with a little more consideration and don't take things so seriously. So anyways, back on with the thread. No need to take it out of context anymore.

Putting a second battery in will rule out the need for installing a capacitor altogether when it comes to excessive load on the current electrical system.

My complaints have pretty much been stated already. In my opinion, if you are okay with the way a double DIN looks with a blank fascia plate, go for the Eclipse unit. Elgin has one and it works perfectly fine with the steering wheel controls.

Them Nicads are pretty hardy if taken care of. I would assume that the Toyota Link unit has appropriate charging circuits. If they can get extra profit for making you change it every 3 years, then I guess it is something they can ask you to do. Or they could be using the reasoning that it's better to be on the safe side and have your battery in top notch condition in the event that you break down. Personally, I'd just open it myself and swap the battery. But that's just me. Then next time they call to remind me, I will say that I would like them to stop reminding me.

I always wear shoes when driving. Always have been and probably always will. I wear thongs many times as well. I have never had any issues with it and never had them get stuck while driving. It also gives me more contact area on the pedal as well when I have my heel against the floor. Driving barefoot just seems weird and not quite right because I can actually feel the surface of the pedal. Plus it's too much hassle slipping shoes on and off etc. Just my preference anyways.

Fitting an extra head unit down there in addition to what is already in the car seems pointless. Plus, it was found that mounting a head unit there is too fiddly for most people.

I sense some TRD accents in that front bumper. Love the contrast of the dash as well. Shame it is a I4 though. ... Though, with that massive front cut out in the bumper, you can fit a nice long intercooler for a turbo upgrade.

That eBay grill is for the Gen 6 Camry. It will not fit our Aurion. As for the Thai correspondence, you sometimes need to be patient with them.

Yup. Definitely under the parcel shelf. The Toyota Link unit at first created a bit of discussion, hehehe: Burning question!! It's not a first. The parker lights on the Aurion are a pain to change.

After a bit of thought, it will pretty much be impossible to put 22 inch rims on the Aurion without making it look like a Matchbox car. It appears that the lowest profile tire that has been made is a '15' profile. The problem is, to be able to have the sidewalls this short, the width of the tire had to be made large... 385mm. These are made for cars like Ferrari and what not. I don't think these would be fitting on the Aurion: 22 inches plus the wrong profile, then you get this:

If you drop it off on Saturday Rowan, I can offer to give you a lift as I will be in town for the weekend before I go on a drive to Coffs Harbour for my next job.
