  1. TRD leather steering wheel with SRS airbag + genuine toyota spiral assy with compatible airbag plug. so guarenteed to fit and function. $500
  2. you didn't notice the damage? i thought you did. i guess white masks the flaws quite well :D yeah i think its a write off too. i made the claim online 5days ago but haven't heard from insurance yet. i assume my claim is low priority because its still drivable.

  4. thanks evo like you i didn't know the sportivo existed (then again i wasn't into cars in the first place lol). the sportivo is an option if it gets written off. thanks guys. and i thought the year of the tiger was meant to be good to me <_<
  5. thanks young. like and1's my car got hammered by the freak hail storm. the windows are fine so its still drivable (definitely turns heads now lol) it was parked at nedlands QEII medical centre. it must be ground zero i reckon, most of the facebook hail photos are from uwa! windscreen wipers ripped off, headlight washer covers smashed into pieces, side mirror smashed, jdm taillights cracked. i got rac comprehensive and im pretty sure its a write off :( is this a sign to get a golf?
  6. if it helps, yours is nothing compared to mine. are you still driving it around?
  7. hey i prefer not to separate it but 1rocky was interested in the window switches if you guys agree to take them then it might be possible
  8. thanks dave. yeah i think so too so i was going to do a daytime running light style parker in the corolla highbeam reflector this was for my second projector retrofit and wanted to try something different to the audi led strips and angel eyes. my angel eye headlights survived the hail storm from the headlight covers
  9. my rolla now looks like the moon :( my jdm taillights are cracked and my wipers and headlight washer caps flew off and smashed into tiny pieces?! oh no :( :( :( hope insurance sorts it out? i got rac comprehensive insurance and the taillights were insured too but will it cover hail damage?
  10. my rolla now looks like the moon :( my jdm taillights are cracked and my wipers and headlight washer caps flew off and smashed into tiny pieces?!
  11. most projector headlight designs ive seen at night have parking lights distinguishable from the projector beam like the aurions, mazdas and zre corollas. will it look strange to see a car with only projector lowbeams and no parking lights at night? people/police might think the parking lights are broken?
  12. looks like a good turn out. keep the photos coming!
  13. the progress bar is 24mm (vs TRD 23mm). i tried to source one long ago but postage was too exxy http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/progres...08-p-74719.html
  14. thanks for the seat covers! :D
  15. yeah they are very different looks. atm the 20s suit the car better imo. have you thought of colour coding/ing the chrome pieces above the foglight and side door moulding for the sporty look? what are your plans once insurance and wheels are sorted?
  16. used once only $20 description below http://cgi.ebay.com.au/GMC-Laser-Level-Ver...0215128001r9938
  17. Hi kinda being critical here but how is the lighting from these lights? high beam and low beam? also make sure they are RHD for australian roads
  18. the cutoffs looked different from each projector. might just be a bulb seating issue.
  19. an update: my rear left tyre was punctured by a plier last week :( still deciding whether to get new tyres or go 17s. tonight i tested the new projectors and ran into some problems... a preview
  20. great choice of rims dave! are they 18 inch?
  21. After a surprising find of headlight levelling actuators in my headlights in here. I managed to activate this feature by retrofitting a toyota headlight beam levelling switch. This guide will show you how I wired the beam levelling switch to the headlights. Materials: 1x toyota headlight beam levelling switch (i got the switch from ebay UK. its from a toyota avensis): toyota part number is 84512 12060 toyodiy 1x 5pin connector housing is 90980-10789 5x Econoseal J Series Female terminals. i had to trim and bend them to fit in the 5pin connector. From ballenger motorsports 2x Junior Power Timer Female Terminal. From ballenger motorsports 2x wire seal wire in assorted colours Method: have one wire for each headlight, crimp the junior power terminal + wire seal and connect to the circled empty pin slot: notice the blue wire and dark blue wire seal join the wires from each headlight and pass through the firewall into the cabin. insert wires with econoseal terminals to the toyota 5pin connector following the electrical diagram: the wire from the headlight is pin 2 of the levelling switch tap parker/taillight wire from headlight dimmer sw (pin 10) to pin 1 of levelling switch. ***not shown in electrical diagram*** pin 3 is for switch illumination so connect to pin 1 for power ground pin 4 and 5 to chassis install the headlight beam levelling switch and this is the result! Please wait a few seconds for Video to Load! This was done in a facelift 1zz corolla hatchback. It might apply to other corollas but probably not the south african built sportivos
