  1. Now to remind the parking sensor installer that they need to pay a little more attention when they finish a job
  2. Looks like it's the cover from under the glovebox where the fuses are. Cheers
  3. That definitely isn't normal capelli
  4. Looks great mate - thanks for the pics & part no.s I'm going to order one myself B)
  5. The DAC shuts down to prevent overheating of the brake system, and I agree mdv it can be a little disconcerting when that happens!
  6. Hi mrk, I believe that the privacy glass (which I think is called EzeKool) does offer UV protection. There is some interesting additional reading in this thread Cheers

    Nudge Bar

Sorry Kruzen I probably wasn't clear, I DO use M-Ron on the windows and windscreen, I haven't come across anything as good, but I'm sure there will be other people who use something different (I use Maguirs stuff for the paintwork)

    Nudge Bar

I use another California Customs product, called M-Ron glass polish - it's brilliant stuff, and also works well on rubber bits & pieces without leaving white smudges like other car polishes B)

G'day Sammy, I referred to the products I use in this thread, on the aluminium I use California Customs Purple metal polish, it could be worth a try for you Cheers!
  10. I definitely need one of those! (the mat, not the dogs)
  11. Not what you want in a brand-new car :(
  12. I'm glad you liked the colour MDV! So far ours is the only Merlot in our four-Kluger town (the others are all a nice conservative country-car-owners white) <_<
  13. Congrats MDV welcome to Team MERLOT B) Gotta agree with you about the washing.... funny thing is apart from the ACT plates, yours is a dead ringer for mine - have you been stalking us on our road?!!
  14. Welcome - I think you'll find we've talked about pricing in this thread. Hope that helps :)
  15. Still a sharp price IMHO Pete ($46,600 seemed TOO good to be true :( ) I dug up my delivery invoice and mine was $56K incl GST with metallic paint, towpack, nudgebar, sidesteps, front tint, mats and headlight/bonnet protection (June delivered from a NSW country dealer) Cheers
  16. Mate that's a bugger to hear, hope you can get it fixed painlessly :(
  17. Welcome DownUnder mate and thanks for the info. My slim PS2 runs on a 8.5V/6A power supply and I already have a 12v power supply that it runs fine on (this model was apparently between an older and the current model that runs on 240v which need an inverter). Your Pilot setup was very professional looking, thanks for the pics. I will look for a local price on the Vizualogic headrest screens, and that's the setup I think I'll try and create rather than a single screen on the roof Cheers
  18. HOpe it goes smoothly mate - my KX-S AWD 7-seat was close to mid $50K only in June... Hope you're behind the wheel of one soon :)
  19. Amazing price there Pete W
  20. I dunno how you achieve that R-R - even with my wife driving 99% of the time, ours is sitting around 12 Nice result mate :)
  21. I would like to install a roof DVD screen in my KX-S Kluger, but I don't know where to screw it up safely. Where does the Grande model have the screen mounted? Planning on using a PS2 console under one of the front seats for DVD and games for the kids when we're on a long trip. Any pics, ideas or experiences would be much appreciated! Cheers Andrew
  22. Not sure which dealer sorry Tonester as I was reading the paper over someone's shoulder It was yesterdays Daily Tele, same dealer could have the same ad in todays maybe... That's $3K less than I paid for my KX-S AWD in June oh and welcome, hope you have a new Kluger very soon :)
  23. There must be some good deals on at the moment, I saw in a Sydney paper KX-S AWD driveaway for $52-and-a-bitK with nudge etc
  24. Yes, good point - I also hate swing open rear doors <_<
