facelift and prefacelift

hi there,

im going to be moving ointo a sportivo soon but i just wanna know if there is any difference in terms of engines between the prefacelift and the facelift models

as im searching for the o5 models its very rare to find them compared to the 03 04 prefacelift models .. '

Same engine mate.

Although there are claims that red stivo's are faster :)

Everyone knows that silver stivos go like bullets ;)

But yeah pretty sure the stivos all same..

Red and silver may be quick,

but be careful...because in the shadows lurke the Black Stivos :ph34r::ph34r::ph34r:

there are differences in the heads on 2zzge engines if they are PRE 03/03 engine build date....

PRE doesnt have the air Injection ports on the head, and POST does... dare i say... there will more than likeley be some other minor changes to the head also on the Facelift versions and POST 03/03 sportivo's

does the grill actually aerodynamically help the car's performance or is just for look ... i know that obviously when u drive straight air goes into the engine bay buh does that create too much heat in the engine bay? so ... theres alot of air going in buh since it cant escape it just gets mixed in with the engines hot air .

might need to chuck a couple vents in or something lol

although black is faster than red & silver ...... blue simply trumps black and pips white to the post ...... i challenge any non blue stivo to a run @ the track to prove this point :P :P :P :P :P

Yep - my blue 1zz with no engine mods whatsoever is doing 13's at the track. Beat that non-blues.
