Hey everyone!!

My darling dearest Bondee is leaving me so she can live full time in Perth and have her gorgeous son live with her all the time... hense meaning she has to move out of my unit :(

So anyway... this means her old room will soon be empty and I'm looking for someone to rent it out.

If anyone knows of somebody looking I'd really appreciate enquiries.

Its a 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment located in Rivervale.

Secure gate parking and walking distance to transport.

Prob looking for around $100 - $120 a week. But this is negotiable.

Thanks all :)

wow I'm sure someone will jump at this offer, seeing as your a lovely lady and all  haha.

Someone from TOCAU should move in, then it can be a meet up point for all our cruises and meets :P

Not a bad price.

But I have no idea where Riverdale is relative to Perth....or the condition of the unit.

Good luck.

Edit: LOL. My post made no sense earlier as I didn't read it properly. But in all seriousness, as much as I could do with a move to WA (I heard your beaches there are quite nice), I don't think it would be best suited for me. Good luck on the search Nellie.

does the price include utilities and internet n what not? could be useful for people that might be interested

Posted

the unit is fully furnished with all utilities, so basically all they would need to bring is their bedroom stuff.

i dont have internet access unfortunatly as my net is a usb cable that obviously can only be used at one time.

What advantages does this room have over, say, a train - which I could also afford?
