Hi guys,

My car will be in my mates workshop for a custom made intake system .. but i cant decide which filter to combine with the intake system...

His asked if i wanted K&N or Blitz , both brands are A+. Can you guys throw me some opinions on which 1 would b better? ;)

i think k&n was proven to be better over the blitz

but isnt Blitz more top $ over K&N?

yeah because its got more reputation man

your paying more for the brand name than what it actually does

im paying same for both ... just dunno which 1 to chose from.. :rolleyes:

if its cold air that u're making, better use K&N as it is oiled type. Blitz is dry type, so i won't use it for cold air.

Short ram? Mmmm, maybe Blitz if u get it for the same price. Dry is usually has more suction but less filteration of dirt, but its short ram so would be fine.

nah its not short ram.. might b similar to ur intake system danz.. just hope the outcome of the gain is almost the same :huh:

Yeah K&N is what ill prob purchase ;)

dry type filters are better for MAF equipped vehicles.
