traction control? we don't have traction control on the corolla...do we?

i wouldn't mind traction control if it was configured as a performance aid and not baby sitter. but more importantly it has to be fully switchable and not pretend to be off.

lol, not quite launch control. but something that would allow some wheel slip and cut power just enough to maintain momentum and not something that would like stop u dead.

SRiT has got a quite a decent traction control. it evens acts like a fake LSD whereby if one wheel was spinning it would brake just that one wheel until both wheels are within a tolerance range but not cut power. and if it does cut power, it doesn't completely turn it off but rather it keeps reducing the revs and engine torque until everything is all good. the only bad thing about it is that it still hampers 0-100 times with it on but u can turn it off completely unlike the some other systems

1st run - 9.07 seconds straight road (2K rpm street launch)

2nd run - 8.6 seconds (3.5K/4k launch)

3rd run - 8.9 seconds uphill 12metere incline (6K rpm launch slipping the clutch)

:) NICE TIMES, those 4ag's were miles ahead of competition in their day. They still put alot of generic 2 liter cars to shame 20 years later.
