  2. If the offset of the wheels is 45+ you'll be fine, I had the same tyres on a 35+offset and would only scrub on big bumps
  3. Looking good buddy, 30 profile or 35?
  4. Why didn't you go for 19 instead of 18? I only put 18" as my insurance company told me i could not go over 2" in diameter larger than standard wheel size so to save any hassels I stuck with 18" huh, but doesn't the insurance company care that your running rubber which is more than 3% difference from stock?
  5. Spotted 19th of JAN Boxhill melbourne, Black Aurion SX6 or ZR6 Sports Grill V1 DRL under the head lights
  6. Hey guys, Just putting it out there hoping someone can help me out Was mucking around with my fog light covers and managed to screw the front right one up... If anyone has upgraded to fog lights and have the covers just laying around, I'd be interested Cheers

  12. looks good!, How did u manage to fit 18" rubber onto 19" wheels tho? :P
  13. If you break lightly under high speeds, you will feel a slight shudder through the steering wheel, this would indicate that your rotor is warped.
  14. facepalm...... There 5x114 because they fit on the aurion... What...Am I just expected to know that the Aurion is 5x114??? No need to be smartass! I'm not even planning on using the wheels on an Aurion... Your best bet would be to check out subaru wheels,
  15. facepalm...... There 5x114 because they fit on the aurion...
  16. Yea pretty weird to have smaller tyre size on the back... Do you mean 225/45/18? 225/40/18 is a big change in rolling diameter
  17. Few more pics If only......... New sticker
  18. OT Nice setup you have there, I was under the impression that the type R speakers wouldn't fit in the back without hitting the boot springs? was much work done to make them fit? Cheers

  20. here is a photo Thats the ROTOR, not the caliper... its also nothing to worry about. It happens when they get wet. haha yea i had it right in my title... I know its nothing to worry about except from a visual point of view, thanks for the help guys.
  21. Hey guys thanks for the replies, i don't think it was rust converter, When he was describing it he was saying it was a dust or something, and you can just spray it all over the rotor and it won't damage the caliper or rotor, think i need to go back and find out what he was talking about. Cheers
  22. Hey guys, i ended up with a flat tyre the other day and i struck up a convo with the mechanic about my rusty rotors, i asked if there was anything i could do, He recommended this spray thing, which you spray all over the rotor and it masks the rusts with this black substance, yea its pretty vague but he told me the name of it but i totally forgot... any idea what he was on about Cheers
  23. dude.... http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=29603 Yes that will be fine, i was running them for a while and only had slight scrubbing on a bit dip with a full car,
  24. Have you not payed attention? [posted image] As for the additional tire size question, had you have plugged the figures into a tire size calculator, you would have found that they are smaller in diameter than stock so scrubbing won't be a problem. The tire size calculator will however tell you that there is a potential problem. To reply. NO I did check with 1010tires and the minimum for 235/40R18 was 8" wide so i thought 7.5" may be a problem. Going with 225/45R18 would cost me an extra $160 per tyre on top of the 235/40R18. 235 on a 7.5 will be fine..... there are a few guys who have the kappas who are running that. Why wouldn't u go 235/45/18 to keep the rolling diameter almost the same??
