  3. I live in penrith, I have a garage full or 2zz parts to make another motor, cause it was my old one lol. I've done many gearboxes and clutches on em, u can adjust ur clutch master cyl, Or/& get a longer slave cyl push rod. Best bet, new clutch. Ur stock is crap , doesn't disengage prop and it's why it's crunching in lift.

  7. Opinion Doubt it will stop hydrolock, if this $20 part would of saved my engine even remotely last month from breaking a rod from water, I would of gave it a try... Also, I wouldn't of tested this by splashing water on it lol
  8. Looks dodgy to me F rotors with R pads lol.. Someone mentioned rotors req machining? New rotors don't, their straight as an arrow from factory.. Lol this thread has become abit funny..

  10. U can go to pretty much any dealer and expect to pay around that, And as for which method depends on the tech working on the car. Some use gravity bleed, pressure by someone pumping the pedal, or vacuum and having a brake sucker on the nipple.. It's a Holden dealership..
  11. Not that expensive to take it to a mechanic, my dealership charges 65, so we supply fluid, and flush it for ya..

  13. o, did it before the service? i didnt read that far all i read was major service.. also note what else i added, (fuel pump) :unsure: :unsure: :unsure: ... so it just keeps on cranking with no start ?? get a guel guage n check....

  16. p.s i know its annoying when people come on here, start a topic and want the cheapest way fixed lol p.p.s i looked up MWR, looks mad, 4-1 setup, but pretty pricy!
  17. its clean and the welds are good done with tig. it just breaks around the weld, the weld itself stays there, if it makes sence, the metal plate on the inside wall is breaking off... yeh the thin wall on the inside of the exhaust is breaking... aswell as the plate... not to keen on spending the $ on a new exhaust mani, installation is no biggy, but im saving for the furniture of my new house for when its finished building ! lol whats the damage on one of the PPE extractors anyway??? pics??
  18. Half of it is gone, it just breaks off in little bits and sits there, luckily it hasn't blown through my new cat, I had to replace the old cat because it blew through at one stage.. So what shall I do? Replace the down pipe to the cat with just a new pipe, or ?
  19. ok, so there's a plate in the exhaust between the cat and the manifold which make the exhaust a 4-2-1... anyone have a problem with the welds on this plate breaking and it rattling? cause ive must of taken it off and welded it back on so many times, it just breaks down... can i get rid of this plate? leave it as a 4-1 ? or... any other suggestions?? rattle on decel ! tingi noise, when i weld it to fix it, noise is gone but comes back a few weeks l8errr !
  20. Alittle tighter.. I've had to take mine off and on a good 4 times now..
