  1. Rear, with some modification the the tail light area. Front, Im not sure.
  2. Ah bugger, i thought something like this may happen. Im sure next build will be sweeter. You going to use a thicker head gasket too? reduce that compression?
  3. 19X9 Supers 11.7934 kg (26lb) each 19X10 Supers 12.2016 kg (26.9lb) each
  4. What bulbs does it run? Its best to do a projector retro, there is stacks of parts in Japan if your willing to spend up.
  5. Thanks Darren. Beautiful car, i cant recommend a better driving car. Tanabe DF210 springs have sharpened up the steering and braking without much sacrifice in ride quality.. Its actually quite nimble and agile for a bigger car. Turning circle is fantastic. Wheels are on the way as we speak, im so looking forward to them finally getting here. We dont get the full UL here, only a half assed version (no air sus :( ) Ive been scouting around for facelift bonnet, fenders, headlights, headlight support, grill and front bar.. There are 2 facelift LS's in Sydney im trying to look at, but have no idea how pricey the front end will be. But thats a mod i can always do later down the track. Thanks Johnnie B)
  6. you can gently just pick it off with your fingernail, its quite soft. A hot day is great for easy removal. Then use a little eucalyptus oil/tea tree oil or citrus oil to remove the gum left behind. Then polish and wax the area. IF you have a red Corolla, i would hesitate a little as red is the fastest colour to fade. How old is the car?
  7. Yeah man, stereo will support rear camera. I think there is even an Auris rear camera setup somewhere, have a search. If i come across it, ill let you know. Edit, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250721218338
  8. Schw@nky!! nice work B) (yes, schw an ky is a swear word accoring to the swear"o"meter!?)
  9. Toyota will sell you the whole word, not sure of the part number. Drop into your local toyota parts shop.. Sad thing is, almost all of us have removed the word "seca" from our rear garnishes... i couldnt imagine how many C's are in the bin!
  10. So i gather you worked out super lows will fit over the calipers?
  11. What size bulb does the 05 take? T20? I would opt for a H3 or similar slim base (small diameter base) HID kit/bulb for the build. You may have to whittle the base down a bit, find some old t20 bulb bases (or order online) and drill them out to slip over and JB weld(epoxy or high temp silicone) the modded base to HID base. Maybe go to the wreckers to grab the bases... Autolumination have bases, but im not sure if they have the right "key" Should be pretty straight forward. I would recommend only leave them on for 30 sec to a minute maximum. Also, be sure to allow your epoxy or silicone to fully cure, up to a week, or the solvent/gases may frost your lens. * Edit, I would also recommend you run a fused relay loom from your battery Hope that helps. For example:

Oh yeah, thats why i opted for yesterday! Mums got the beemer now, she can take it to school. AT least it will be driven more often. Ive only driven it 3 or 4 times this year. Its hard to spread the love with 3 cars!

  13. Pull at my heart string why dont you John?!! :( Well, ive spend a bloody huge wad on the LS the last few months. Just waiting to see what else is available for the ZRE lately, Ill install my retro HID headlights soon if work permits. Would have boosted it soon but even Im starting to run dry. :o Not going to bother chasing any more power unless its boosted. Could put bags in it!
  14. Vinh is running a C-One pulley... Havent herd any feedback from him yet.... VINH?

Spot on Lee, They ask for assistance, which is quite fair, people give with their hearts, then we are slugged with this "we cant run the country properly tax". If they didnt blow our cash on hyper inflated school buildings...

and another point about the tax...we don't even know how much it's going to cost to fix QLD/NSW and a bit of VIC yet...but they will start the tax asap, whats the bet :(

  19. Sounds like some damage there, and 30km is a hard hit on a gutter, depending on the angle..and if brakes were on or not at the time of impact. Like you said man, track it in the wet, and dont stress too much. Insurance will cover it, i cant see it being a write off. I did the same thing but aquaplaned my dads are into a massive gum tree backwards when i was in college. Im sure almost all of us have had a hit or near miss in the wet. Hmmm... federals huh?
  20. Red dome looks crazy man! Military styles. They will never see you coming Nice shots again Pete :D Whats with the plastic curtains in that second pic John? you chopping up bodies down there again?!
