If I was you, I would have immediately gone back armed with a proper digital camera and take pictures of the pot hole. I hit one not too long ago driving at 70KM/h. Damn thing snuck up on me and I hit it smack bang in the middle. Gave me a good fright like the bloody engine fell out. Luckily no damage. Just remember this mate, when it has been raining a lot, expect potholes, as the roads get softer they will start to deteriorate.

Check your fuses. It should show on the fuse box what fuse is which. I'm guessing somewhere you snipped the wrong wire or so Something.

So the oil should still be good mate, at least we know it's not the oil. If I was you I would definitely enquire with Toyota about the new transmission computer and the symptoms your Aurion is experiencing. Doesn't sound too healthy mate for a car with 'low' KM's.

Yeah. They sure do grip in quite a bit don't they. What I found worse though was getting it to clip back in. When you are on your own, it's not exactly what I would define as easy to get all three clips to engage. Yeah, I was confident taking the back seat out since I had removed the back seat in my 97 camry few times so I had some prior experience. It's amazing that it's completely the same design even after that many years. I didn't have much trouble putting it back in. Only trouble I had was I couldn't remember how the two seat belt buckles that are side by side went back up. Thankfully I used my brain and looked at some interior pictures of the aurions rear seats on the net and all was then clear.

When I removed my back seat I just used some hulk force. With both hands, starts pulling up on where the middle clip is. It's very hard to remove so it's a fair amount of force. Also like djkor said if you look at that manual it shows how to completely remove the back seat.

If you don't mind me asking mate, how much did you get the scuff plates for?

Today, while filling up with BP98 as I always do. I started wondering. Am I really getting 98? I remember reading on another forum that overtime the additives in fuel wear out(in the underground tanks) eventually and you aren't actually getting 98 and the full benefit of the fuel unless it's fresh. How true is this?? So let's so I put petrol into a bottle and put in some fuel doctor and let it sit (capped) for a month or two and over time the additives in fuel doctor will wear out and it will be just 'petrol' without any special chemicals? Cheers.

Not many blue Aurion's have the TRD Style grill I see the same silver SX6 or ZR6 parked outside a house near the start of Bridgewater Rd... all the time :| Was going into the shops today from the KFC traffic lights and the guy with the custom TT number plates was waiting at the very same lights. I see him/her everywhere. The tints are for sure lower than legal so I couldn't see who was inside

That's not used signature space. Pay attention to your sidebar and figure it out. If you can't figure it out, that blank space is there because the post contents + signature are smaller than the contents of the sidebar. For example, I have turned my signature off. See what I mean? Oh okay. I never noticed that. I thought what they had done was just hit enter 100 times. lol.. good to see mine is acceptable. cheers edit again: Will the Toyota model format be fixed? I never really read the manual, so that comes as something interesting to me. Most other cars I have been in, one tap equals an increase/decrease of 3km/h. Funny thing is, this is the exact same behaviour my Aurion exhibits.... Well I'm fairly sure it does because If I need to go faster, I count how many times I push the lever. I actually knew about the 1.6km/h speed the first day I got the car. I had no clue how to use CC when I bought the car so I studied it in the manual.

test why is my time off by one hour?? never mind, fixed it in the settings.
