  1. So maybe you need to look at getting the Levin or Sportivo guages.
  2. Don't get any sort of installation from Strathfield or JB, the intallers they hire are shiete to say the least. You're much better off going to your local reputable auto electrician.
  3. IZZ-FE approves of this 1ZZ-FE :D Nice work - Keep it up, especially like your Shift R wheels.
  4. Throw unlimited funds at any motor and you achieve high power, duh!
  5. I've heard the same, it was nice to see it come down over the weekend, but on the other hand, it's been good to see more people use public transport.
  6. It will do this with stock filters too. You'll also hear it when you tap the accelerator.
  7. My first brock experience was a Torana SLR5000, with the Wide body kit fitted with 15 x 10's at the front and 15 x 9's at the rear. My second was a Group 3/Group A ( Cosmetically a softer looking group three but mechanically the harder charging Group A) Always been hooked on V8's since.
  8. I just found out :( I remember the thrill of being 9 and being taken for a ride in a VK Group 3/Group A. I remember being 10 and getting to stand next to him at Sandown 500 before the race. I always admired him as a driver regardless of what he was driving. If there is some sort of memorial cruise/rally - I'm on it. Good Bye Peter Perfect, from a big fan.
  9. I've tried 95RON v 98RON and found at least 50km difference in favour to 98.
  10. Auto? I just got to 520km and the needle is just at 3/4 and I haven't been gentle lately. (BP Ultimate)
  11. Just remember our versions will probably be fitted with Aus specific body kit for the sport models, but what is promising is that some of those prototypes have 17" wheels...
  12. Amazing the difference after pulling the kebab out. :P :D So when are you next hitting the drag strip, so we can compare to your last run and see how these numbers equate to on-road performance ;)
  13. Check the build/compliance plate on the firewall.
  14. If the Ballasts are made in China/Taiwan they wont last. Only purchase kits that have German made ballasts.
  15. Bla Bla Bla same old my d!ck is bigger than yours arguement. I've said it before, don't compare because I will always win :P :D
  16. Rob: If you want to get a machine buffer that is almost idiot-proof, buy a Random Orbital Polisher like this one: Bosch PEX400AE Random Orbital Polisher From www.finalinspection.com.au These are not as dangerous as a rotary buffer because the head moves in an eccentric motion and doesn't generate as much heat between the pad and paint. So it's almost impossible to burn your paint. I have the Festool RO from that website and I absolutely love it. You can use wool pads, but not steel wool.. unless you want to scratch your paint off, haha. Wool pads on an orbital buffer are used for heavy cutting. Here you go - courtesy of Chompies the detailer ;)
  17. The way I see it, this car is priced similar to a Levin and had more power and features... Don't see why it wont sell.
  18. Someone once recommended a festo rotary polisher but never looked into it.
  19. Unfortunately for Mitsubishi Aus, the 380 is a fantastic car, that is highly under rated and highly overlooked. People need to drive it before judging it.
