  1. Nice! :D You need a shot though with the bonnet down with the two eyelids :D They look pretty awesome though
  2. H11 sounds correct for low beams and Fogs. I think high beams are 9005 (im guessing thats H7) The only reason i didnt get Hi Beam HIDs is because id rarely use it. Parkers are a must :) Thanks Ronny - I do a fair bit of night time country driving, hence wanting to replace low and high beam with HID's, and the foggies as well. The more I can light things up the better Still debating what to use for parkers, some kind of LED, just need to work out what size.
  3. I've already said it in the photography thread but I'll say it again - these photos are absolutely sublime :D My favourite is also the shot of the TRD facing forwards with the 'family' off to the site, the reflections and light just look fantastic. I hope you're going to hang a copy of that somewhere! :D
  4. Okay I'm just doing some reading up on Toyo Nation - looks like for the Gen 6 the fog lights and low beam are H11 and the high beam is H7, can anyone confirm? I want to replace fogs, low beam, high beam and parkers.
  5. Looking good - those rims really quite suit it :) But yes, getting rid of the 4x4 height is a must! I wonder whose Camry that is in the background :D
  6. Well you have done a number on yourself then! :( Don't check the post office so much then lol
  7. Just the front for now, waiting for the rear to go on sale ;) Wish I could install it and test it out, but I lack the physical strength atm. Oh well, at least I don't have to work until next wednesday Awesome :) I found the 19mm rear on there as well - its currently $229 AUD, thinking sticking with 19mm front and back is probably the way to go, although I am curious about the 23mm. Well I hope the bolts aren't difficult for you to get out, mine took a bit of effort, they had some loctite or something painted on them <_< Very jealous about the working part though! Pity the rest of your LED's haven't arrived yet to install
  8. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwww!!! Did you get front and rear, or just front??
  9. +1 to this - those shots are absolutely sublime :D I'll definitely be up at the annual meet and would love to get in on a photoshoot!
  10. Here are some piccies from Barb's camera - apologies for the REALLY shoddy licence plate 'removal', I was in a hurry and am sick of being on the computer lol Anyway here are a few of the nice ones, the rest of the album is here: TOCAU Bendigo Meet Feb 2011 Sorry Lee, looks there weren't too many of yours in there!
  11. Glossy grille definitely looks the goods :D As do the plate surrounds, they fit in with the black very nicely :) Can't wait to see what's next!
  12. Awesome, that looks really really great :D 'Twas a very tasty mod indeed
  13. I don't think anyone here has bought one, or at least reported back on their findings. I personally did consider getting it, but I figured that the 19mm one is quite a good balance for me. I reckon going for a 23mm bar would probably make the Aurion little too tail happy and probably end up being less balanced to drive. If I could somehow find an upgraded front sway bar, I reckon a 23mm sway bar would go great. But that's all talk. I guess you could be the gunniea pig for us... Yeah it doesn't seem that way and I understand perfectly what you're saying, if I've got the 19mm front strut up front already and add 23mm in the rear its probably not really going to achieve what I want, which is just to stiffen up the rear a little so it "follows through". If I had an Aurion with a bit more guts I'd probably happily be the guinea pig lol Although I guess in any FWD once you under steer too far you're in trouble.
  14. Has anyone bought the 23mm rear sway, and thoughts?? Just trawling back through this thread and others as those Ebay sellers have the rear sway very cheap so am finally getting more serious about getting one to team with my UR front strut :) Although reading over things seems like I'm best to stick with a 19mm bar?
  15. Some really awesome shots there, top stuff Lol at the last photo, poor Aurora, the flies were definitely after something. Better take her for a wash later in the week and try out the AutoGlym bug dissolver (seems some of them have gotten through the wax <_<)
  16. I don't think any of us would be too upset if that happened!
  17. Excellent Ying :) Barb has got some nice shots on her camera but I need to block out people's number plates before I upload them, so I'll do that tomorrow night ;)
  18. Thank you to everyone who came along today - what a fantastic day :D Apologies for the terrible delay at One Tree Hill Pub, it was nothing like that on our test run and its safe to say we won't be going there again any time soon!! Anyhoo lovely twisties and things and the weather held out which was wonderful too, Vinh, the ZR looks tops in the rear view mirror, and everyone else stretched out in front of me looked great too. Can't wait to see some piccies!
  19. ^^ Glad that lighting situation is gone!! Much brighter and betterer now :D I must fix up the rear licence plate rattle though...
  20. Awesome, just love that black headlight surround mod :D

Looking great :D Bathurst has got to be on the agenda for the next time I'm in Sydney, didn't quite work out timing wise last time.
  22. Hahah, slow boat to China, I like it :D Go the 'A' car names - now we've got an Alexia, an Abby and Aurora
  23. Thanks! :D Really??? The HID's and parkers scare me a bit I must admit lol I want to change the parkers, the foggies and my hi/low beam :) I'll have to defer to Nathan for that one - he should have a couple of night shots of the car before the LED's went in as well :) Heheheh the LED's are sooooo bright at night, Barb was following me back from the car wash and we had to stop at a red light, when I had the brakes on it illuminated her front cabin!! Cheers Reece, am loving the debadge now, looks much neater and more even - not all these badges that look out of place with one another. LOL! Well they could have been yours but you let me snap them up instead
  24. Hooray, finally got dark enough to go check out the new LED globes for the licence plate - MUCH better!! Now to change all the lights in the front end...
