ZEE, you just set them to what you want, ie if you are doing alot of driving just turn em down to soft, if you are going out to the track turn them up hard.

if you lower your car on stock shocks you will kill them sooner then if you used stock springs, If you get new shocks/springs at the same time they will last longer but in the end they will need replacing thats basically it

the place that fitted the exhaust has stuff up buy the sounds of things, that rattle is the exhasut hitting the heat shield, this means that when the cannon was fitted it was fitted off center where it goes past the heat sheilds and it touches from time to time and thats what the rattle is

Guys just a quick reminder that the CES Dyno Day is this saturday, 8am, CES Racing unit 2 78 Nestor dr MeadowbrookQ 4131. I would encourage all the newer members to come along as it will be a great day with some nice cars on display. Also if you have a digital camera/video camera feel free to bring them along.
