    i also looked at the Honda CR-V one and the base was too wide, the X-Trail one fits just right after you trim the rubber. I would say that its about twice as stiff as the base of the stock antena

    nissan X-Trail is the one to get, most of the QLD guys have them, one thing is when you put it on you have to cut some of the rubber off the bottom, when you get one you will seee why. Tread Lock may not be such a good idea as if people try to flog it they may damage the base in the process, loosing an antena may not be such a bad option?

    Fastest car i have driven would prolly be an AC Cobra Rreplica with a 427 V8, the power was just scary

    i found that mine runs better with the TRD filter as compared to the K&N

    check the silicone join where the CAI joins the throttle body as some members have had trouble witht his boot leaking.

    0-6000rpm id be guessing it will be pretty loud, 6000rpm+ im guessing that it will hurt your ears :P
