  1. My place Sunday after the cruise... for those that are interested... I'll get ordering... Though I've just got a 51cm TV...
  2. Welcome... Looks pretty schmick... Should see if you can come out to a few meets. There are quite a few Stivos around your area...
  3. http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.d...2836453&frm=284 The guy is selling his 6-stacker but his car was stolen...
  4. Firstly - stick it on the inside of the front window..... (but I still wanna know why your following cars....you have a stivo dude, get your a55 in front of them hehehe) Secondly - nothin wrong with big stickers ;) Thirdly, looking at around 45 - 50 cm (maybe even 60cm) but am unsure as yet as I haven't measured to see how it will look (or even if the dude wants to do small ones)....will keep you posted. ← firstly - sometimes heavy traffic is a biatch... :( secondly - true as long as it's not overdone and these look nice and tasteful :D thirdly - sounds good, about 50 to 60 cm would do just nicely to sit in the bottom corner of my rear window for all to see and take note...
  5. Now on a more serious note... what size would the smaller one be as I'd be interested?
  6. Can you get them printed in mirror image so people that I tail-gate can read it if it's stuck on the front of my car in their rear-view mirror.... :P Legal stuff: Blue_Stivo has never tail-gated and think that people who do are idiots and was merely making a satirical joke at his own expence on the driving habits of a minority of drivers with oversized stickers on their car...
  7. To update for those interested so close to the start of the new GP season... Ryan Briscoe said no to the Jordan deal and moved to the IRL for a 2 year stint with no less then Chip Ganassi Racing (the same team as past Champ Car winners Juan Montoya and Alex Zanardi as well as many others now with a stangle hold on IRL and interestingly enough Toyota engines :D) in the hope of lining up a competitive F1 drive in that time while getting some race experience. He incidently also posted the fastest time in his opening testing session at Homestead in Florida (on the roud course) and 5th the next day (running on the oval) Jordan F1 has been sold to the Midland group and will be known as Midland F1 from 2006 and will run Toyota engines :D James Courtney has signed a deal to race with Kiwi legend 'Gentleman' Jim Richards for HRT at the Qld 500 and Bathurst 1000 having turned his back on F1 after being disgruntled by his time at Jaguar and since enjoying life in the Japanese 'Tin-tops' driving the TOM'S Supra :D Pansonic Toyota F1 in the mean time look to have finally put some real money, thought, time and effort into this years season and with the radical regulation changes are looking at having purpose built front wings and bodywork for each track to compensate for the reduced downforce (at least for the first 4 races and see from there). At this stage they look to still have the straight line speed but still miss a bit in the corners with excessive rear wheel tyre wear their greatest concern esp with the new long life tyre regulation (1 set of tyres for the entire race distance + qualifying, only able to change for damage caused by contact, or punctures)
  8. Can you still use the recline feature in the rear seats??? That's my biggest concern with a boot install... I have my own ideas about ways around this but m\not sure of expense and feasablility
  9. And the list grows.... 1) Blue_Stivo 2) Screeminrolla 3) !*heatseca*! 4) obsessionz - (are you coming in the Ascent or a Skyline????) 5) waiwong38 - (i've just got to see this car!!!!) 6) EGG80X - maybe 7) sop11e - plus several mates 8) Xoom (tentative yes) 9) Qkslvr 10) KoroLa883 11) ZEEROLLA 12) 13) 14) 15) ... .. . . . .
  10. it's the sit down, coffee table style... but will do and I'll post a pic for you soon. Can't get any screen shots though as the screen appears not to be working at the mo.
  11. Cheers for that... I've also found a web site at Coinop.org which has all sorts of info like schematics and manuals that has proved very helpful and though I'd post here for future reference. Hopefully I'll get the thing up and running pretty soon.
  12. ummm unless you mean....... NOS????? WHAT!!!!! SERIOUS???
  13. since it's dated 29/12/2004 I'm assuming you scammed this off someone else, or else you would have been well more excited over New Years, and interesting that it has just now surfaced almost 2 months later!!!! And if not, I want details... :P EDIT: plus the splits look decidedly wrong for a Stivo, now the 15.58 run on the left looks almost exactly like a Stivo, unless you've pulled some different gears from somewhere I can't see that large a difference coming from 2 rather similar stivos as far as mods go over just the last half of the track, because that would make it all car and not driver differences...??? <_<
  14. Parking sensors don't help on side scapes as this one sounds like it is... Just approaching rear objects.
  15. Also Jabz is from Perth so you would think the boat from South Africa would drop them off there first... so Late Feb for Perth, early March for the Eastern Sea Board, would sound right...
  16. I bent my wookie... :D Sorry, I just love saying that... On a more serious note though.................. ohhh.. bugger... I've also done this in my old Subi but like Qkslvr, never fixed it properly, probably would have cost more then the car was worth to repair. I've also got a scrape on the underside of my side skirt of the Stivo from reversing up my parents driveway (fairly long with a killer slope) and catching a jutting rock, but as there is no metal there and the scatch is not too noticeable I've chosen to ignore it for now... But it may get a special respray some time soon... ;) B)
  17. Double sighting... Black Stivo... Milsons Point, coming up the hill from Luna Park next to the Harbour Bridge about 3pm Sun 20th March (yesterday) Black Stivo... not sure if the same one, had similar white premium plates though (didn't catch the numbers of each so not sure if the same car) other side of the bridge going down the hill next to the the bridge in the Rocks next to Bridgeclimb registration about 3:30pm same day... Also... apparently the Corolla is the most popular car sold in Sydney in 2004 according the RTA new registration figures... source Cars Guide - Sunday Telegraph - 20 March 2005. The liftout also had a lovely silver stivo on the cover and a red stivo associated with the article...
  18. Go to Supercheap Auto.....
  19. OK... So now we have.... 1) Blue_Stivo 2) Screeminrolla 3) !*heatseca*! 4) obsessionz - (are you coming in the Ascent or a Skyline????) 5) waiwong38 - (i've just got to see this car!!!!) 6) EGG80X - maybe 7) sop11e - plus several mates 8) Xoom (tentative yes) 9) Qkslvr 10) 11) 12) 13) 14) 15) ... .. . . . . Yeah, I knew about the other cruise last week but since we are off at 10 and they are meeting at 10:30 I can't see it being a major problem, acording the Hot 4's forum the TGS folk will be going on that one so I doubt we will see xTiGeRx and Influx out for this again. But there is the carpark on the other side of the road next to the bus and train station that we could use instead. I think stay at Homebush because everyone knows it and it's the most central...
  20. Craig... you forgot the 2 Mikes from Sweden...
  21. greetings and thanks...
  22. Great news... :D :D :D :D Can't wait to see how the face lifted model looks and that body kit they get...
