    Hi Guys, I am just about to give my Stivo a clean after all the Sydney rain fall we have had over the past few days last week as its filthy! Ive noticed some dust on the front leather seats as well as on the dash and was just wondering if anyone had any hints and tips as to the best way to clean these interior features? Perhaps there are some products that are recommended for use with the leather seats and vinyl dash ? Appreciate anyone's feedback. Cheers :)

    Hi Guys, I just thought I would bring this topic up again as I have been noticing the new Toyota Corolla commercial alot more often than usual. This is the ad where the little kid is vrooming around the house with a model toy car of the new Corolla. Do you rekon Toyota dealers would have this diecast model available for purhcase? I just did an eBay search and the only Toyota Corolla models that returned were the TTR rally models. :(

    Problem solved!!!!!!!! To remove the clock display hold down the 'SEEK' button and button #4 all at the same time whilst the head unit power is turned OFF. Turn the head unit back on my pressing the power button as this will now continously display either track number, time, text and MP3 details. :D

    Hi Guys, I have unfortunately made a light scratch on my glove box as I have lifted my work bag from the passenger side floor. Just wondering if anyone had any handy hints or tips to help remove or cover up any kind of these scratches. Perhaps there is a you-beaut product to use?? Any feedback would be great! :) Cheers

    Dont worry guys I am and still experiencing a stiffness in gear changes from 2nd to 3rd. Like you said its because we are still getting use to the Sportivo gearbox and also because the car is still brand new. Once it wears in a little at around the 5,000km mark it will be perfect! :D

    Gotta love the NSW government huh! As Blue Stivo said it may turn out to be a better thing inorder for some of us who have applied for the e-tag to get it in time for the cruise. I'm still more than happy to meet up but more for the Monday rather than the Sunday. :)

    I too have heard the Toyota alarm upgrade isnt anything special and dosent come with anything as a stand out attraction except for the siren. I would want at least another cut out or immobiliser. But I guess if someone wants to steal your pride and joy they will.....

    Hey ar4444, Really sorry to hear about your misfortune. :o It sounds very suspicious to me and like you said could even be an inside job @ the Toyota dealership where you bought your car from. I too was under the impression that if you didnt have the correct coded key the car would not start ? It just sounds all way too suss especially since you didnt have the car for not even 24 hours!

    Hi Guys, Just wondering if anyone had any info or know if there is any way for the track number and track time to stay on the display rather that it only displaying for 3 seconds as it then goes back to the clock/time display. I have read the head unit manual but it only mentions to hit the "TEXT' button to sort through the different cd and display options yet this dosent make the track number and track time remain on the display. Any help or info would be great ! Cheers :)

    Hi Guys, Just wondering if anyone had any hints or tips in getting there Sportivo wheels squeaky clean from removing the brake dust and grime on the spokes to cleaning the inner rim (inside of wheel). Perhaps there is a specific product to use which cleans as a spray on, hose off method ? Any help and feedback would be great! :D

    Sorry guys, I only saw this post late last night. Great effort for the meet up yet if there was more notice given I rekon all the Sportivos across Sydney would of gathered for the ulitmate cruise! :P Cheers
