    My Ride

All I will say is that your friend beating you all comes down to the driver and not that Sprint Booster. Those Sprint Boosters are a complete waste of money. Sorry, but I do laugh at anyone who buys one. Effectively it is just a signal amplifier. You can easily replicate it's actions by pressing the accelerator quicker. Here is something you may want to read about someone who has taken the time and effort to observe what it does: Sprint Booster - A technical white paper Anything you feel is purely the placebo effect.

    My Ride

Evan.... new wheels don't interest me anymore. I don't care if I'm behind in the looks department. I will make up for it in the performance.

    RC Cars

Damn, that looks sweet dorifto. I was too lazy to go through the entire process of doing up the shell. I just bought mine as a ready-to-run on my last day in Japan. ¥URO: I bought it for the fun of it, didn't realise how much control it takes to properly drift such a thing. I've had it for like 1.5 years and only driven it for about 2-3 hours. I had my best mate's old man set up the alignment on it (since he used to do this a while back) and he showed me how it runs and everything, but I still haven't had the chance to keep practising at it.

    RC Cars

I've just got the one serious one. It is a Tamiya NISMO Coppermix Silvia - TT01D Only has chrome wheels on it cause I didn't want to wreck the original NISMO wheels:

    ENGINE COVER

I personally would leave the cover on because for me it feels better to have that extra layer between the engine and the bonnet. In reply to RICE RACING. My Aurion has gone 72,000kms through hot Queensland summers an hard driving, and my wiring harness on the top of the engine is in perfect condition. I even spliced open a section of the flame resistant split loom and the wires inside show no signs of heat stress. This is a good indication that the wiring loom is doing the job it was designed for. The loom itself may feel stiffer than new, but that's what they do. Even the exposed wires at the ends of the harness are still in good condition.
  6. Best to buy a remote off eBay for cheap (I payed $26, you may end up with a cheaper final price), then go to Toyota to program it. No one has seemed to find a DIY option for that yet, and I doubt they will. Don't even think of asking Toyota for a remote. Toyota will ask something like $270 for it.

    Ugly Cars

We should stick with ugly cars that are already in production status. Concept cars have a tendency to be crazy.
  8. Probably not the news you wanted, but if you want to get a new remote for your car, you will need to take it to Toyota to have them code it. They do so by connecting their Intelligent Tester up to the car. They charge about $30-$45 in labour to do so. My recommendation is to get another key while you are at it, otherwise it would be another trip if you wanted to do that later. You can read about how it all works in the following PDF from page 58 onwards: http://www.camrystuff.com/manuals/Gen6/2GR...Immobiliser.pdf

    My Ride

Some photos were posted over here: The Sport Grill club I can't seem to see the mesh grill on the R-Style website anymore. If it's any indication, when I bought mine last year, it cost 1200 BHT. Shipping is double that though.
  10. It looks alright... ...it sounds F***ING AWESOME!!!

    Just a few more:
  12. Toyo, that video reminds me of another news reporter blooper I remember watching: Please wait a few seconds for Video to Load!Leroy, for some reason (possible the stage colour) I was reminded of this: Please wait a few seconds for Video to Load!
  13. Sorry how do you delete??????????????????????/ You can't. Have to wait for a mod to get to it. By the way, you should mention your glue of choice for sticking it back together.
  14. That's okay, I'll pick up fro where Aurion ZR6 can't. With the wire that goes to your reverse light, that is the +12v line, and the ground is obviously just that. Connect them as such. With the other one you have there (the RCA), the conductor (the centre pin) connects to the red wire on the head unit end, and the shield (outer ring) connects to the grey wire. You can either cut the connector off and do it that way, or buy a female RCA and connect from that. Something like this will do the trick (Jaycar link).
  15. I think you clicked on post a few too many times.
  16. No Audio? but can the "Aux in" works with other mp3 player or it simply can't play any sound?? Just the issue with the CD player part Ingres.
  17. Fair enough. Looked pretty good. I felt like an idot when I saw it at first cause it was a little distance away and I was like "what car is that?". My mate next to me was like "that's a Yaris". I should have known that
  18. Spotted last night (posting now cause I was knackered) at about 7:10pm, a black Yaris with HID's, extremely kitted out, nice wheels and was dropped down on what I would assume was Teins due to the decals he had on it. Plates were 33-LAM or something like that. Anyone from around here?
  19. DO NOT do what I have put in bold. That will not end happily. What do you mean you only have one cable. Are you referring to the cable coming out of the camera? If so, you would have to have at least two cables. Maybe you should take a photo to dry and explain it further.
  20. The grill for underneath was DIY'ed from the same grill he used for the main one. I got my grill at the same time he purchased his second front chrome grill and was talking to him a bit about it. I believe he got the plate relocating bracket elsewhere.
  21. My opinions on oil have been expressed in the FAQ. There are also links there to other threads discussing the issue. I would say that your climate would be similar, so the following applies to you as well:

  23. Zooey is one of the actress I like most, she's gorgeous! Have you also watched this movie, DJKOR? No I haven't spambot... because it doesn't come out here till September. Not going to be for too much longer at this rate.
  24. I'm just happy getting a time at this point. It may not be massive bragging rights or anything, but at least I have a baseline set for myself. I have my doubts about matching the TRD times. Of course a better time would be great, but since it is my first time, I don't expect people to have a go at me for trying. This also means that it won't be a proper indication of what the Aurion can really do. Yes, Evan. Long sleeved shirt, long pants, closed in shoes is a must.
