Dont worry about it mate.......i can prove them wrong, i can drag them in your car, on your behalf :D you can trust me!!!! :P :P For those doubters about his car, all i can say is peekay is over 30,he's a LITTLE more sensible these days, saves his thrills for his leather pants and the bedroom i presume :P :P , and i have been in his car and it is quite alot quicker than mine, and way quicker than standard. I actually like his aproach to this, it compliments the car, very subtle until you ***** him off. You guys should be greatful that he spends alot of time and money doing his mods ands then lets us guys know how they work and if it's worth it or not, he's our mods leader, you guys should have some respect, i mean what mods have all you peekay knockers done and then tell us about it, if theyre worth it or not. GO DANZ!!!!!!! your car has more potential to mods man, the sportivo is very well strung up, the only problem is you have to spend heaps of cash just to get to the sportivo level. Even a s/c wouldnt get you 140kw, although you would kill it in the torque figures, and then there is the fun factor of lift, people always forget that for some reason. It's like, simply put, hitting an afterburner.

I like the new ones better, the teardrop looks good imo, and an overall more agressive look. The front doesent look as squarish as the 03 model.

I had a similar problem the other day too, i couldnt get in 2nd when changing in lift, crunched the mother****** 3 times and still wouldnt get in. It SH*** me on some days, on others it drives as smooth as silk.

Well from what ive read in the past the soarers even though 206kw twin turbo 2.5, they were in the 1700-1800kg weight range. A twin turbo still pulls 0-100 in under seven secs according to specs on the car, it was 6.9 if i remember correct, and q/m was in the 14's. Now i think that was done with the 5 speed manual, which are very rare in Oz. I think youre right Blade Hunter, even if it was a twin turbo, you probably beat it, i mean they are very heavy cars, if it was NA straight six, you should have smoked it by more than what you did man, it does sound like you took on a stock twin turbo soarer. Well done :D ......ummmm what speed did u get up to? :) :)

:D :D yeah i think i was talking more about myself somehow as i once took the car to 200 on the worst ever road, it was out bush somewhere, and it was just patch after patch, the road was basically stitched up, very bumpy, looked like a tractor would have a hard time on it.

Well at 230, lowered 35mm it hugs the road quite nicely, and it was on a freeway, not some crappy road. if youre gona go fast, do it on a proper road with no cars around, not a bumpy patched up old country road, i mean it is a car not a tractor.

When you said pffff... did you mean it doesnt reach the 215 top speed or did you manage to do more? I reckon you've gotta max out all gears well at least starting from 3rd gear onwards to get a high top speed.. cuz if you dont, 6th gear will do bugger all in terms of pulling it faster.. So you've definately gotta take it up to the redline in 5th, 4th and maybe 3rd.. 230 still quite a bit left in her. And that was after redlining 5th, just engaged in 6th.

I dont know about you guys but my problem is shifting from 2nd to 3rd, its not as smooth as id like. Yesterday morning, nobody in the car which im spewing about, i did the best shift ever form 1st to 2nd. I shifted at 7600 and no bull landed on 6400, the car lost absolutely no momentum. Yeah i know many of you wont believe it, but it was just perfect. If i could get that all the time i am sure it would easily slash a sec of the q/m time.
