I was told to bring the letter since it has another piece of paper attached to it and i think the dealers fill it out. If you have the letter, you should take it with the attached document.

Dont waste your time mate, i had a free flow muffler, sounded harsh, too harsh for everyday driving. The stock system is awesome i reackon, if you want a bit more noise, just get a CAI and you will have great sound and more power. My CAI alone makes enuff noise to get other motorists attention and thats not even using lift.

Since your pod is oil based, its very hard for the water to get through. After i cleaned my pod i think i oiled it too much and it sucked up some oil coz there was a bit of oil smoke coming from the exhaust, and the first couple of days i could tell there was a slight restriction on the "breathing" of the car, so i removed the pod and wiped it a little, now everything is fine.

Its the plastic thing near your mirror panel, mine keeps vibrating, the only vibration i get in the car. Comes in handy for two buck coins when cruising around St'Kilda.Love you Long Time!!!!!!

I rang My dealer, they are aware of the issue, however they are waiting on more details. I rang the Toyota Customer Service, and i was told that all registered sportivo owners should receive a letter in 1 to 2 weeks regarding the changes. There are no safety issues to be concerned about regarding the car.

My car has now just under 25 thousand and its still moody as in sometimes its smooth sometimes its a prick to shift smoothly. The mechanical components in this car seem to be altered by external conditions too much. Its totally unacceptably by Toyotas standards. Not happy Jan!!!!!!!!!!

Ok mate, when you go for your next 20,000, ask them to check the shock absorber, more than likely its stuffed, i had mine replaced as it made a weird thumping noise. The gear selector cable i cant help, mine is fine. The steering, well mine pulls to the left also slightly, ill have to see a whel aligner for that. As for noise, yeah shes a noisy little bugger, but thats what you gotta expect, i mean it spins at 3400 doing 100kph.

Agreed. I think everyone's ride on this forum is suburb, diverse and unique, and we all should keep up the good work. I am impressed by everyones vehicles. Lining cars for quarter miles, should be left on the track on track days; and that's up to the individual to attend. I personally, do not like activities such as this on the street, as it is very dangerous. I do not want the reputation of this forum/club? and the Stivo to be tanted as per the WRX. Also total performace in a vehilcle is not in a straight line only. It is also about, ride, quality of workmanship, efficiency etc. Just by looking at the way people take care of their vehicles and legally modifying them is fantastic, and that is enough for me.
