Finally got a RSB installed today. Whiteline 20mm blade adjustable with Superpro poly bushes.

Very impressed with the result, the car handles alot better. Alot better!

weighted knob? That's what she said!

Power to the wheels is expected to be around the 150-160kw mark. It depends on the setup, my gain is expected to be higher than Anthony's due to the extractors but we'll see. Exciting times ahead!!!

That will be 150-160kW @ wheels @ 4psi.

Oh yeah and I shotgun first ride!

Hell Dave, you're doing the install; you can drive the damn thing

Hey Andrew,

what ECU will you be running? a piggyback or replacement?

Evo

stock ECU at this stage. If I feel the need, a new computer may come on the horizon. That beig said, now that nuave mentioned it, i will eventually go down that path.

what are they in standard form?

145kw at the flywheel. My dyno after the extractors were in put me at around 110kw at the wheels (gve or take)

TWM Shortshifter with 'Desert Eagle' 600gm shift knob...?

Done.

Thanks to Supatouring for ensuring I selected the correct shifter and a big thanks to mick.wheelz for installing it for me. It was a pain in the ****.

I'm happy with how she shifts so far, but I haven't given her a really good run in yet.

i was there, and i can tell you that it was an absolute PR!CK of a job...

hats off to mick for actually finishing it though... that would have been one of the many situations where i just throw my tools away into the corner and say "FU(K IT"...

recieved my TWM Base bushes for my short shifter and put them in today.

Shifting is alot stiffer (and smoother). I am surprised how much of a difference 4 aluminium spacers can make.

Got these in the mail today. Need to get these painted, probably going to go a matte/satin black.

Also had my CAI finalised by the crew down at CES yesterday. Had some intial problems with the 76mm piping they were using (apparently the MAF sensor doesn't like it too much, common problem with the Corollas) so they stuck in a 76mm to 70mm adapter @ the MAF sensor mount and she's right as rain.

Induction noise is delicious. Will get some shots tonight.

And yes, I bloody know my engine bay is dirty. I wonder if Daryl has some free time...
