3A Racing pod filter installed - response is slightly different, definitely new type of pod would have better flow. Removed hydroshield for now.

ahh okay thanks vinh ! OOoooOO looks like u patched up those holes so water doesnt get into the pods. Would it or would it not affect the performance when its closed up with front bumper back on ?

it probli does slightly, i might take it off seeing as summer is coming and shorten silicone hose so pod doesnt rest against foggie. This CAI has been a work in progress/mod for quite some time. And CEL problem still hasnt been rectified. Hasnt come on since i changed to 3A pod, gonna do some vast suckage tonite and see how it goes.

Not sure what you mean cuong, but if its regarding the 3A racing pod with my INjen CAI then 'yes', still no CEL. Been pushing it a fair bit too. I got the cleaning kit and i oiled mine, tomee didnt oil his so i dont know if thats the varying factor. But yeah still going strong baby! Best buy ever! Big thanks to duy aka Kenshinx for the idea and getting it for me!

If you do get it, get 2 so you can keep cleaning and reusing them.

Just recent shot i took. Love the 5MP phone camera.. the old 2MP was just crap.

Bars are in. Woohoo. Man i've been missing out on all this handling prowess. Steering more stiff, more responsive, less bodyroll, more grip control on the road. Definitely better cornering capability, track day.. here we come. :D :D :D

Went winton today with kenshinx and dorifto and a few of his mates. Awesome day. Finally able to push it in an open environment unlike fun day. Turnout was great, much less than expected. Around 50-60cars. Pushing on track is the best way to fine tune your suspension setup and see wats going wrong or what needs improvement.

For me, i need coilovers, better pads, better tyres and i should see a few more seconds shaved off.

Start of the day got 2.01

Middle of the day got 1.58, twice

End of the day got 1.56.58!! woot!

RE001s held on track but i think im going to go Federal 595s next tyre change.

Thank you to Trung aka Dorifto for organising and sorting us out with great accomodation for the night before and your helpful tips and hints for track work.

Thank you to Duy aka Kenshinx for your extreme tuition while i was driving on track, it helped a lot.

Overall great day, i few mishaps. @ Trung; hope it all goes well with Johns 180 dude.. such pain.

1.54 and 1.52 will be my next aim. :)

Good work Johnnie with the Corolla :)

FYI, for all your timing and sessions, click here: http://www.natsoft.com.au/cgi-bin/results.cgi?02/11/2010.WIN

Click on the right hand links to get the break-down of your lap times and PB for each sessions.

As for me, I got a new PB but have major understeer issues. Going to sort out my allignment and do a few things to go 1.46 hopefully.
