Given that it's off the new car market now, it's unbelieavably impossible to look for detailed specs of the car so i'm hoping one of the TRD owners i here can tell me...

what is the stock tyre & wheel size (incl offset) of the TRD Aurion?

I just found a set of wheels i like but i want to compare the dimensional differences against the TRD stockie - thanks for your precious help! =)

Also does anybody know if you can fit TRD springs onto stock Prodigy shocks?

TRD wheels are:

19 inch diameter by 8 inch wide (19x8) with an offset of +46.5mm

Tire specifications are 245/35R19.

Yes you can fit TRD Aurion springs to standard Aurion shocks (either AT-X and it's variants, or Sportivo) but they will not function same as they would if you combined them with TRD Aurion shocks. That said, you probably wouldn't even tell the difference. That also said, you would be better off spending your money on King springs instead of TRD Aurion springs.

Well i fitted DJKOR's old sportivo springs to my Prodigy and can tell you the ride is alot more 'sporty' than the OEM spongy/ plush Prodigy ride...

fair to say i love it... :spiteful:

So you actually went ahead and fitted them . I never really expected you to. Glad to hear though.

Sure did...!!!

It did took me a whole to actually actioned it... my wife was saying why bloody bother but is now happy as coz the ride is no longer floaty, it isnt a bad thing especially with the crappy Brisbane roads but we both like the firmness rather than the more plush Prodigy set up... lol

Might as well ask in this thread.

Has anyone fitted:

+38mm 19x8

OR

+45mm 19x9

wheels with no problems (on stock suspension).

Thanks.

Hmmm.... can't wait to see the pictures!

on stock trd suspension, i was running 19x9 +45 with absolutely no problems... no scrubbing, etc...

Thanks for that...now i am just worried about the +38mm offset being too close to the front brake calipers, and not clearing them.

Huh would +38mm offset sit further away from the brake calipers??

I've got +35mm all round with tyres 245/40/18 and it only bottoms out on the back when i go down a big dip with a full car,

Offset has nothing to do with brake calliper clearance. The design of the wheel hub and spokes affects the clearance for the brakes.

Hi guys

Sorry to bring up an old thread.

But do any of you know the Center Bore size of TRD wheels?

I'm gonna put the TRD wheel in an ATX but seems like that is a gap in the center bore.

I know the center bore for ATX is 60.1.

But TRD ???

I'm looking to by the Spigot Ring to do the job. Any recommendation ?
