hey guys,

i noticed today that i was getting weird noises from my front wheels , so i checked it and noticed that the inner side on both of my tyres looks like worn out like metal pieces were on it as well ? also my front alignment is out too lol. i was wondering would it be my fronts too low ? or would it be cos my alignment is out.

thanks.

haha. get those checked out at pedders. they will check your control arm bushings see if they are shot. lowing the car does put a strain on those rubber bits. metal shavings are almost never good...

tyres worn til metal pieces can be seen? dude, that means ur tyres are bloody well overdue......................... <_<

You mean the steal belt in the tyre? Haha yeh overdue for some tyres and a suspension check..

Just got 2 of my front tyres replaced lol and got a front wheel alignment done as well. the tyres were chewed. when i got there my right tyre was flat so lucky me lolol

got smaller tyres so gives my front more clearance, that means i can get MORE LOW ahaha

hopefully i get better fuel economy since wheel alignment

With different size tyres , does this not give wrong speedo readings?

Slightly very slightly.. Long as u up the rim size lower the profile.. To keep the diameter the same or close to it

if you lowered the car and didn't get an alignment, it could easily scrub out the inner edge of the tyres.
