$650!!!!!!!!!!!!! FARK ME!

that's really expensive.

How much did it lower the car? You're not scraping or anything over speed humps?

Where are these springs from? Japan? Europe? Australian?

Eibach's are jap springs(I think), thats why its more expensive..

I wanted to ask how much did it lower the car as well ?

cos 30mm drop is not alot... just like 1.5inch i think.

But if you say the ride is good...then it mite justify the cost

Eibachs retail for $550 a set and they are actually made in Germany.

They also make the TRD and TTE springs FYI so that alone should justify the $$$! :D

The drop is only 30mm but once they bed themselves after 1000kor so you might get a couple more millimetres.

Nah you don't, by rights if you lower your car say 30mm they should only cut your bump stops a little. Any more and you could cause some damage as the rebound on your shocks are only meant to go a certain distance and hit your bump stops from the factory so altering it could damage your shocks/suspension.

I use the term "could" loosely as I know NRMA state that you can only cut 1/3 off your stops or something or other. They were very specific in what you can do with lowering springs.

I'm with AAMI, so no dramas there :P

Guys the springs are definately made in germany. Most of the beemers, mercs audis and top getman cars use them. Yes the are TRD springs. TRD rebadged them. For 650 installed i gaurantee that they will ride better than king springs by far. Kings are a very generic spring (I have used them before).

The drop was 30mm and 35 on the front. It looks sweet. Not too low at all. Prob not low enough for a lot of you but from going from a car that was too low to this it was heaven. The ride is the same. U can fly over traintracks and u can still go over speed humps.

FYI the springs just went up in cost. From 550 to 600. Worth every penny.

i used to have a car that was to low..and it annoyed the crap out of me.

i want it to be a little lower than standard...but not too low...

1" - 1.5" is fine for me. so 30mm sounds good.

Did you have to roll the guards?

I paid 650 installed and a wheel allignment. I think its cheap. Its dearer than most springs but ive had king and its 10 times better.

Mate you got yourself a bargain. I was quoted $500 for the springs and $295 for fitting and allignment etc. thats $800 bucks man. :(

As mentioned b4 the TRD springs are Eibachs. You will end up paying more for the TRD ones I presume and can be bought through anyone who sells TRD products.

Any workshop can install them ie. Jax, Wholesale Suspension etc for around $200-300 I think?
