  1. Hey is the Ascent cat and the stivo cat the same?
  2. Melbourne eh? Come down to the dyno day man. We gotta see / hear this in person!
  3. Opps... Well, you can pm bigbum, some exhaust place his mates run did a nice custom job for him.
  4. Hmm... so how much is a CES system and what are the average gains that we have seen on it? Is it just a catback or does it include some kind of header as well? Whilst I understand that the boys at CES and Silva have done their R&D work on it. I'm sure that a little more openness wouldn't hurt. I mean if the secret is in the muffler or the magic bends or resonator then can't we put that it uses XXX piping with a magically designed XXX that makes it special? I'm sure it doesn't take away from the fact that is it a good system made with love and care from the boys up in Brissy. P.s. Flame away, but I would seriously consider getting one if I had the money. But at the moment I'm still trying to save up a few more bucks (literally) to buy Blue_Stivo's stivo catback from him.
  5. I like this guy!!! quality parts :) metalcats are soooo nice.. :) 620 flow sooo nice.. eat magic cats (which burns up ..) for dinner.. finally we jap racing cats in australia for under $500 FITTED not like the old days where cats that flow like this were like 1200.. from japan.. ← DUDE! I know your're trying to help, but i have no idea what you just said! Seriously man! :P its like some crazy jap dude speaking gangsta!
  6. Hey guys, will this fit the current model ones? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/NEW-TOYOTA-COROLLA-...1QQcmdZViewItem
  7. The foggies came as part of my insurance fixup (they saw the empty holes and assumed they flew out in the accident.) I wired them in myself, all you need is a relay and some wire splicers, I opted for a no switch setup that tapped the switching power for the relay from the parking lights. So when i flick my parkers the foggies come on too. If ur're in melb I can help you install them, just go get the foggies! The components to wire it in cost about ... $10ish for the relay... $5 for the wires...$7 bucks for the splicers and the heads... soon to be polarg foggies + HID = priceless look on oncoming traffic ← Negaron, so everytime you turn on your lights, your foggies will come on??? If so, what if you are driving pass a cop's car, if it's under fine condition I guess they might pull you over. They DO pull people over with foggies on when it's not raining and foggy. Man, then you wouldn't be able to do anything, that's for sure that you can't switched off the lights and try to get away but if the lights are on, the foggies are on. :( ← Well its only an extra 2 bits of wire and a switch to make it switchable. Instead of hooking up the relay power to the parker live u just run it via a switch first then to the relay power pin. Takes an extra few minutes to do (ok slightly longer to thread the wire through the firewall) but just pluck out the coin holder and a switch fits right there!

  9. Hey hey, Bob the rolla is back! And now with foggies! Decided I preferred my chromey grill instead of the the TRD one so now the legend of the Bling bling Hilux can live on!
  10. hey hey, i'd like to come, where is this thing held?
  11. yeah man, but if ur're going to have to change tyres anyway coz of the load rating you might as well sell those and get bigger ones man. Lots of decently priced 2nd rims out there.
  12. Nooooo! my rolla ain't going to be ready for a cruise!
  13. phillips crystal and diamond are illegal in vic to my knowledge autobarn had it as *not for road use but most people have em ← HMm... I've got a pair of cheap yet white/blue bulbs that came from japan that are unused and for sale. So far the pair in the family camry hasn't blown yet and its about 4months going on 5 now. only $15 + postage compared to ??? for the phillips ones
  14. Damn... my indicator stalk is the normal one with no switch for the fog! Well, i've dug up some old engineering knowledge from uni and this is what I will do. I will be tapping the + from the parking lights, and then this will goto a switch (which will sit where the coin holder is now). When thrown the switch will turn on a relay which will power the lights... the only annoying thing is that all the wiring is already there! All i need is to actually get the indicator stalk! the rely and fuse cost next to nuts anyway!
  15. Hi all, As part of my repair job, my repair guy has scored me a set of fog lamps coz he thought mine flew out during the accident. But all he's getting is the foggies, I have no idea how to wire it in! There's wires already there that dangle where the fogs are supposed to be so I assume I just plug them in there. But then where do I install the relay and switch and where do i wire them to? HEEELLLPP!
  16. Hey, can someone send me the wiring diagram to the stock in dash stacker?
  17. HMmm, any advice on the durability of these aftermarket bonnets? bear in mind i won't have no stock bonnet to change back to if i do this
  18. Hey all, here's my lastest mod pics and my new car!
  19. Guys, thats all decent milage. Did I tell you about my loaner car whilst Bob the rolla is in the shop? Its a 3.0 litre skyline station wagon. Need I say more?
