  1. :/ I'd say it will buff right out but you can't even see the scale of the damage
  2. Ahh lack of sleep. Welcome back, my old enemy.

  3. Problems with the car. When it rains, it pours. They aren't **** wrong.

  4. They will fit, just make sure the load rating minimum has been met
  5. RockAuto is good and bad. Good because it saves me so much cash to do essential maintenance; but bad cause it's so cheap I feel obliged to buy simply cause it's cheap.

  6. Track it without the go fast bits then install the toys after. Then track it again to see what kinds of gains you get as you now have a benchmark.
  7. ^ lol At this stage the Camry won't be in shape for a QR run. I'll see what other vehicle I can procure for the day.
  8. Doesn't make it any more of a Chevrolet because it's got a Chevrolet engine in it. That's like saying I'm a Vietcong because my parents are Vietnamese. Boo! Someone has an opinion! Boo your opinion!
  9. Parramatta Road was very bad; I still can envisage Anthony with his coilovers bumping along yet he still had his trademark grin. Probably the worst 'road' I've driven on.
  10. How? Did you do a handbrake turn and chase each one down and ask them? Just because they don't beep you or high beam/flash you back doesn't mean they haven't noticed it. I don't like the DRL lighting myself. Even on cars that come with them standard, especially the new HSV range :/
  11. Fuel tank filter change (simplfied): - Remove back seats - Remove tank plate - Unbolt filter top housing - Remove fuel pump/filter assembly - Replace fuel filter - reverse of what you did to put everything back in Takes around 1-1.5hrs to complete.
  12. Given there weren't many TRD Aurions made and hazarding a guess here, many in the western state; it comes as no surprise he wasn't able to differentiate the two.
  13. I have been to 3 different UltraTunes in Brisbane and I've been happy with their service and no-nonsense approach. The most recent was even better cause I actually know a little about the car so I was able to talk to them about various things and they didn't try to bullcrap me. They do logbook services among other things + give you a list at the end of: any concerns you've raised and what their diagnosis, any work they've carried out and any other points of interest. Here's a scan of my latest visit, the price of my servicing may not reflect what you might pay as I request and OBD scan but provided my own filter and oil.
  14. If this was the case, I think no carparks being available would be low on our list of concerns Update: Will be in after 9pm due to the requirements of The State.
  15. You are the Empress of Last Year ;)
  16. Those last ones would look really good on a lowered Gen5.
  17. Threw in a 2nd hand O2 sensor to see if the V8 Camry would go away. V8 hasn't gone away but the CEL comes on much later which suggests the sensor is working but there is still a misfire. Also threw in some Narva Blue plus 90 bulbs as well.
  18. It's easy when it's not yours. That applies to many others about everything.
  19. 2008 FPV F6 is becoming ever so tempting...

I know, it's my mums one as she may upgrade to the Gen4 GS model.

I've probably done 20% of the km on it and it only clocked over 10000km just last week (and she's only 3yrs old).
