LOL AT THIRD! btw, that reminds me, there was a guys sportivo i looked at in st. albans and he was heading off to springy to have the car checked out by another bloke. along the way his mum called and he pulled out of the side street and stopped by policeman, fined him 120 i think it was... i knew this becuz he had rang me after to say that he was gonna sell it to the other bloke. after the inspection the mechanic found out that there was a few nicks and cracks on the joints of some parts of the car and i would take 1500 to fix it all. he told me "i f@rken had enough, just wanna get rid of the car" poor guy :( @jdmwhore: sif ur not proud, ur dancing lol :P Hahahahahaha! I swear this isn't mine, its one of my mates, he posted it on his facebook haha! he owns a Z4 though, someone that owns a car like that, this is expected lol omg Z4... i reckon he also wipes 120 dollars on his butt and flushes it down the toilet with the rest of his crap. plus he'd prolly blew his nose on the fines paper after he took a shot of it, haha. must be loaded man :P

actually, these are quite common. i seen one on one of my clients ford fairlane. one of my friends friend had a night out with his misses and did the naughty naughty, ended up breaking one of the bottom rails denting the roof of the car LMAO! :D

btw, that 300 dollars IS abit expensive. but having said that, u may spend up to 180 on the pair and then another 200 to 250 to mould them on your spoiler... that includes painting them too :) give him the flick and grab new ones IMO

you got an idea how much the wing garnishes would be? I didn't know what brand he was selling. at the time i didn't know c-one existed so i just shrugged them off as too deer for me <_< i had his mobile number once but i didn't where i put it. I think if u ring him and ask him, he will just say no can't get them. you have to pop in store to find out yourself and you have to bring your car with you

far out, why didn't i think of that??? since the car wash isn't that far from my house i just do a quick squirt with the gun on high pressure to remove all the excess dirt then i drive it home and quickly splash a bit of water on the top and then use the mitt and clean as normal with 2 bucket method. that way i don't hold up much people in the car wash :P btw DJKOR, isn't water usage FREE in brisbane since you get soo much rain lol :D

hahaha yeah, I'm not big on speeding anyways, I'm always doing the legal limit, depending on where I am, but a busy road like that, I dont think I'd even try speeding, one of our family friend lost his legs on that road hooning about so yeah, I don't think I'd ever do it sorry to hear about that mate. yeah i'm not a big speeder either, but i get a lot of parking fines

yeah they have mobile cameras there all the time! I don't understand how she couldn't see a camera though... those things are like a sore thumb sticking out! just a heads up, there is almost always one on st. albans road (near ginifer or albion) and macintyre road. My dad got caught once on glengala rd as well but i never seen a camera there these days, some of them use infra red, so u dont really know if u are caught or not. one day u don't think u are caught and BANG fine comes

was quoted for 20k for a total respray of another vintage car. outside only (with rust repair etc.) was 8k. this was for a dark blue metallic finish

just touch it up with touch up paint and should be alright... at that price u might as well be prepared to respray the whole car to take out other imperfections. another colour perhaps? :P

i thought i was doing it right, i was just following the boxes instructions, glide it over until its smooth and i reckon i used heaps of quik detailer. just had the habit of not lifting the clay off so it sticks there =_=... but the parts where i was sure the clay DID NOT stick still had some specks of clay on it. next time i'll do it i'll show it to u guys. regardless, the finish showed up really well. i enjoy actually washing my car now knowing it won't scratch it like the stupid brush from the jet wash

the whole thing or just the add on lights? i think for the face lift models there was something else that needed to be done (cross wiring or something) i believe and1's got it somewhere in this thread...
