So are we saying that long term (unless you're willing to do regular re-tunes) Piggy back ECU's aren't worth the expenditure because over time the car will return back to the original settings ?

I've had mine since November 03 with no such problems Brother had one on his Prelude for for 5 years, it was the same when he sold the car from when he first put it on. Do they spray salt on your roads in winter to melt down the ice ? Ouch.

I think that's the Super Runx pictured on the magazine. I think the look will be good, the front will carry a little is250 in its styling, the side show's a bit of Peugeot with the additional glass near the front mirrors and the rear end still retains the thick C-Pillar from our current model, but the rear windows kick-up a little at the end. Also you can expect the rear to be similar to the current shape but the tail lights will be a little more sculpted. There's nothing wrong with the look of the current model, so I think Toyota has decided to simply improve on the current model's styling. Can't wait.

I've done some research on this in the past, everyone I spoke to said changing an engine's crank pulley is a no no, because the pulley is balanced to the crank, changing it, changes the balance of your entire engine and reduces its life in a hurry. Changing the Alternator and Water Pump pulleys do bring benefits, wont be much of a difference in power but it's more in the responsiveness of the engine, it will rev out easier if that makes sense. If you just want the parkers alone, you can purchase those seperately for $11 for the Philips one's.

The CES system is designed to work optimally with it's specific rear muffler, no point in changing the muffler to something else on that system. IMO a full cat-back or header-back system will always be better than just a muffler.

Did you have Blue Vision or Diamond Vision? Diamond Vision is more blue and actually has less light output although it looks 'brighter' Blue Visions appear to be less brighter than the diamond vision but have a greater light output, also they only cost $65 a pair (inc W5W parkers) so.. u're having the blue parker bulbs in it? mmm... okie... how much did u pay for it? I'll update pics in my garage soon so you can see what they look like. $65 dollars for the H7's including the parkers.

I use Blue vision for my Headlights, parkers, Foglights and licence plate. They're much whiter than standard bulbs but despite the colour of the bulbs they're actually not blue at all. They seem to illuminate a little further than the standards and the parkers look good when on (again they illuminate white and totally legal).

Any sort of polish tends to quickly remove these.

If you have the facelift model, the Sedan and Hatch Grills aren't the same. Only on pre-facelift models.
