I think it would sell, it's a growing segment and I think the 40K price tag would be acceptable given the performance potential. People said the same things of the WRX when it was first sold in Australia and Mitsubishi made the mistake of not selling any more Turbo Lancers after the evo1 gsr, thinking it wouldn't sell in the Australian market, Subaru stayed in the market laughing all the way to the bank.

Corolla Super Runx, those specs sound very nice, 270 hp is about 207kw which makes sense because the Japanese Gentlemans agreement on output is 205kw or 267hp. I think this will finally be a true GT4 WRC replacement, and I wouldn't be surprised if this Corolla is labelled as the Corolla GT4 for its Australian release... if it does get released... please please please Mr Toyota.

I've always used Turtle Wax every six months, just before summer to protect against bird poop and just before winter to protect against rain and road grime. The old formula used to be heavier and was almost a mild cutting agent but the new formula seems to be lighter and is also easier to apply and remove.

Wagon and Hatch will have a more versatile interior, I've gone from a Commodore wagon to the Corolla hatch and haven't struggled yet. The hatch's limitation though is the length of the load space. I have a preference for manuals in a small capacity/low torque car. The Auto goes well enough, but is still only a three speed with and electronic overdrive/forth. The manual moves along a little better. It's also easier on its brakes. I've done 30,000km's and still have 65% of my pads left. Best time to get the best price is end of month, end of Financial Year and also end of September. (Many companies run their internal financial year from October to September)

Exhausts are meant to run hot to be running efficient ( Hot pipe = Hot gas = faster gas velocity ) After a straight 3 hour drive averaging 110km/h I had the inside of my Remus glowing faintly red in the dark, looked damn cool! :D
