Umm, I wouldn't do that again unless you want to buy a new transmission. Left Foot brake, accelerate to the point of the car creaping forward under brakes, your ready, then step off the brake pedel sideways (slip your foot off the pedal to be quicker) and floor it at the same time. Dropping the transmission into drive whilst revving will only kill it.

I've been getting alot of this, The first question is always "What sort of car's?" To which I reply mostly fwd Corolla's, then they always say, "Sorry we're just flat out and can't fit you in"... Unfortunately that's the story of an apprentice, you have to eat sh!t for 4 years. An AE93 SX would be good, still a little bulletproof screamer. Stay away from any Supra's/Celica's/S13's/etc if you want to keep your insurance below $1200. Basically anything that fits into the "Sports Car" category will be expensive to insure at your age. But if you're looking for something basic to move around in until your means change and you can get something nicer, just save your money and go for an econobox of some sort for the time being.
