Best bet is to head over to twincam.info. Its an Oz website that caters for mainly the AE series corolla. But I would say that maybe a later model GZE would be a more easy and sensible swap, with the help of a slightly larger intercooler and a nevo pulley your car would be quite fiesty. The 20V is over rated and would be a pain to drive as it does not produce a sensible amount of torque to chug around the city, unless you like to rev it slightly higher everyday. Hell I drive a sportivo, but the 20V is really lacking the torque to move a heavier car. You could go the 3sgte route, dunno how hard that would be be though. Forget about 4wd as the money involved would be a waste, better to sell the car and get a ST185 GT-4...
