  1. Even better is go to Bunnings and in the craft section there are large fine bristled paint brushes (good for water colours) these work great... I had an ex who used them as make-up brushes too as they were 1/10th the price but just as good... if not better!!!
  2. like Marcus said search the Wheel and Tyre section for posts written by Xoom. Bill put together a pretty good list of what is available from the different manufacturers after a lot of research and ringing around.
  3. 2.3L Craig!!! that's why the Penrite 10 tenths is so handy... comes in a 2.5L container and is 1/2 the price of the Redline, and is a high quality fully synthetic gear oil. is your price for 3 quarts or just 1 as you will need 3!!!! 3 x $31 = $93 in comparison the Penrite cost me $55
  4. Stainless steel does heat slower but would be marginal at the thickness we are talking... But the downside is the Stainless also dissipates the heat slower... It heat flow is your concern then get a plasic one!!!
  5. CAI is on a couple of auto rollas in Melbourne I think, can be done as the throttle body and engine bay layout are identical...
  6. I hope he has fillings and the alfoil sends electric shocks through his mouth.... they are way too funny, but yeah, I just wanna pound him, esp when he started singing
  7. NICE :) :D get a Camry Spotted thread going for sure :)
  8. That's because they don't exist Zee, all Woolworths Plus here don't have Vortex98, only normal Caltex do. So I fill up with discount whenever I'm in Liverpool or Heathcote ;) the VISA dicount is only until the end of the month too I think Would be good if they kept it on perminantly...
  9. :o What's the problem Luke? More info... sweet work on getting a new box put in though :) is it an under warranty fix? any questions about the aftermarket non-Toyota genuine clutch?
  10. you can get the 4c discount with Caltex Vortex98 too and it's a cleaner fuel then Optimax ;)
  11. **** Editted: I didn't read the 1st post properly ****
  12. Cheers Dave, there are some good ones there too :)
  13. because the car will stall below 3000 rpm on the high cam...
  14. so why not drop it all the way to 6200???
  15. The results get may not be that dramatic though as the standard ECU has a better tune here in Aus. One question though, why raise the lift point to 6500 RPM, just made the Torque hole greater from what I can tell, and lift more dramatic, would he a horror to drive IMHO...
  16. someone needs to make some LED 'stove-top' style ones
  17. So bump an old thread... It's ALWAYS better to bump an old thread to ask a question then start a new one!!!
  18. shweeeeeeeeeeeettttttttt But I agree with Kelvin... need an aw11 too :)
  19. To quote Jim Morrison from Wayne's World: "If you book them, they will come.." ← it's actually Kevin Cosner in "field of dreams"... "Wayne's World" ripped it off...
  20. would hardly say I caught the bug... I got ONE good time in out of 4, 2 good run but one not timed <_< spent a lot of time waiting around doing nothin'... Track work is much more fun... When I get my rims and tyres, I'll be back out to Wakefield Park before I hit WSID again...
