  1. It may pay to check back a little more often. The previous post was made in June.
  2. Welcome. Service it more frequently than the logbook says and check the dash for "stickyness", although you will be outside of the changeover window.
  3. The best option is to throw it in the bin and buy something decent. Toyota have always been horrible with audio units.
  4. I hope you aren't doing this too often, you will be slowly but surely killing your fuel pump.
  5. Jump on the Facebook MR2/Celica buy and sell groups if you haven't already, they pop up now and again.
  6. You will probably be the only peson to ever try this, so don't expect a definitive response.
  7. Many times before. Camry/Aurion is the same. http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/topic/25274-aux-input-mod-pms-sent-to-djkor-regarding-this-mod-will-go-unanswered/
  8. By the time you pay the labour to have it pressed off or buy the specialist tools required(press, press adapters etc.), it will be cheaper to buy the hub/bearing assembly.
  9. Try wreckers on eBay or Toyota.
  10. To keep it simplified. If you want to swap the engines, leave everything that is bolted to the engine on it. If it is rear end damaged, just swap the K-frames including the wiring harness. There are differences on the engine side. Otherwise, it is easy enough for the mechanic to see when the cars are side by side. Any mechanic that is competent should be able to sort it out for themselves.
  11. If you want to make power, sell it and buy a turbo Territory. It is not financially viable to modify a 2GR in a stock platform.
  12. Expect nothing. 10+ year old cars still have issues(think airbags).
