i have a 01/2002 cascade blue corolla levin done 67,***kms.

the story starts out as many do, looking for a car. i found this particular one just before christmas, i finally got the keys on christmas eve and boy was i proud

that was taken on boxing day after i did a visual mods. eg brake calipers, and the TOCAU sticker.

life went on as usual till around june, when after a few things changed in my life, (broke up thankfully) i can now devote much more time love and effort into my car.

so since then these are the new mods items in red still to be put in

engine/ drivetrain

TRD CAI with trd air filter,

energy suspension polyurethane motor mount inserts

genuine toyota engine mounts (just as the older ones are lookin shabby and for plans to come)

wiseco custom made forged pistons with treaded stock 1zz connecting rods

treated and strenghened cylinder head by wiseco

T3/T4 turbo

cutom made tig welded manifold

tightened throttle cable for more responsive throttle.

power fc with hand controller will be here in the next few days

suspension/ wheels

D2 track spec coilovers

TRD front strut bar

kuro intake wheels 17/7.5

hankook rs2 215/45 R17

yokohama advan semi slicks 225/45R17 waiting to go on

exterior mods

sportivo front lip

eyelids

individual TOCAU stickers for side skirt

tinted taillights

the what was i thinking mod blue neon for the front

phillips crystal vision lowbeam bulbs.

blue parkers

rear end resprayed casue i dindnt like the finish of it

debadged rear end and relocated levin badge to the centre

matt black toyota logo front and rear

stereo gear & interior

blue centre console mod with blue interior lights accompanyed wiht blue neons in the front footwells

TRD shortshifter

toyota genuine alloy pedals

clarion max676vd 2 din headunit with ipod cable

alpine vpower 4 chall amp

alpine 6" front speakers with tweeders

rear stock speakers

have new rear ones but cbf changing them yet

cadience 12"sub which takes up half the boot

and thats all i can think of for now

just saving up for more turbo bits

looks to be one heck of a build, i am glad i don't need to pull my engine apart :P

I hear spooling turbo every day, i drive golf gti's and tdi caddys for for

my boss has a gti and i drive one as a delivery van :P

but dont rip the neons i love em especially the ones in the car so i can see my feet in the dark now.

but i have alot of information and a few mechanics at my disposal :P mate from work at a guy who does 2zz lotus' and other high powered cars. estimated finish around march

well an update today i got new brakes dropped off at work today and i asked the service manager if i could borrow a hoist after work. so with the help of 2 mechanics a put these bad boys in today.

also got a boost controller today for when i actually get the turbo in.

you have already jumped in my car and started drivin it without askin so ur 1 step better than before. I just need to bleed the lines again after work cause i think there is still a bit of air somewhere in the lines

Make sure you bleed the ABS unit, it's a real pain to get at but there's usually a pocket of air in it after disconnecting the lines.

QUICK UPDATE SOME BICTH REAR ENDED ME TODAY ANOTHER NEW BACKEND FOR ME JUST THE LAST THING I WANT

BUT... IF I HADNT CHANGED MY BRAKES I WOULD BE PAYING, NOT THE PERSON BEHIND ME :P THANKFULLY SO NOW THE BRAKES HAVE PAID FOR THEMSELVES MWAAAA

with my brakes i was able to stop intime

her being in a verada and an auto one at that she didnt have enough time to stop so lucky me i wont be paying for anything
