i've been quiet for a while...only because ive been flat out working.

nothing really major for me besides it sitting in the garage and having the engine bay stripped at the moment.

my alternator and water pump gave way the other week.

got a new genuine alternator today for $100 which was a steal. and now waiting for the water pump to come from the melbourne warehouse which should arrive tomorrow or friday.

the pain of it no longer being under warranty *sigh*

i think it's time to move onto a new car....

haha

Nice buy Charlie, can't wait to see the other surprises :D

What's with the 4WD on the pads? and ofcourse my usual question, what rims will be hugging those discs?

Oh yeah and welcome back to the forum

hey john,

the 4wd has a higher temp rating then the oem pads, the oem pads are rated at 400 degrees where the 4wd was rated at 650 degrees.....the ebc ultimax was rated at 450 degrees and they didnt have any in stock so i just went with the bendix oem replacment but in the 4wd version which is a direct swap. also last longer too

yeayea i know the rear isnt as noticeable. just want it to look uniform...not fond of slotted fronts and standard rears.

i like the look of em aswell....nice and aggressive looking lol

ooohh shiney good work mate, just a question does it matter which direction the slots face as far as utelising the cooling effect, cause i notice your slots face backwards. Keep up the good work.

yes, the slots are used to clear the dust away, so the direction must be correct
