Hey great stuff... thanks shane. This is basically what I was going to do but you have just made it a whole lot easier for me. I have the 4 disc changer with satnav in mine.... it has the aux input on the back of the my unit. Why toyota release the vehicle without an in car connection to it beats me!!

I must try and find this AUX in-put :s

I need my Iphone music for my Presara damn iiiit LOL

so being the obvious noob in here about electrical wiring and that, is there anyone here in gold coast that can make up a kit and me obviously paying for it? Seeing that alot of the kits that are being sold online are $70 plus, i would rather fit something in made here for less than that. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yo Toyota Pride.

Do ya know if it works with the 2007 presara Sat Nav?

Thanks man

Yes mate, i have the exact same sat nav as you, and it works great. You can control your music from your iphone or from the seek buttons.

Well i git the GTA kit today and was so keen i had to install it straight away.

So its true,,,,, it really is awesome. It has an AUX plug and an iphone/ipod connector also.

No need to burn CD's anymore :D

I recomend it to anyone who has the factory SatNav unit.

Thanks again guys.

Do not buy the "Y" cable it is completely useless, i bought it and took it out of the pack and literally said wtf. Just buy the unit and its all good. Works with factory satnav as well. No Y cable is needed.

Hey Ya'll

Not a big deal but I've had some recent PM's in regards to how i lay'd out my cables to connect the iPod so i thought i'd show my Cable Lay-Out for reference.

Anyone know if the plug that Johnny has suggested above at ebay work? Is pretty cheap, and if it's just plug and play, will be a great investment...

By the way, to the contributors of this post: Fantastic effort. Saves having to buy a new unit!

But what if there is no aux jack in the center console to begin with? My Aurion ZR6 only has the power socket there but no aux jack. Can the mod still be done?

thanks
