im a bit confused? normally you have a part and dont know the part number how did you get a part number for somthing that you have no idea what it is?

i had this too when i got my stivo it was inside one of my door pockets.

have no idea what it is.

i remember asking toyota what it was when i first got the car im pretty sure they told me it had somthing to do with setting somthing up as in its used for mesurement.

if its the same thing your talking about.

I've actually been trying to look for the backing plate for my front license plate as my car never came with it. Anyone not using theirs and want to pass it on? :)
