You could try justjap imports, they did mine when I purchased a set of bc coils

8kg fronts and 4.5kg rears

Was on 8 clicks when installed, pretty stiff LOL

had to put it to 12 clicks, which made it feel like pedders lowering springs

Im on 20s with about 2inches between guard and rim

No scrubs yet...

Hope this helps a little.

can you have people in the back without it scrubbing?
Posted

Just had the coils installed last week

So only experience for me was having 3 girls 50-60kg each in the back, plus me and passenger in the car, didn't scrub driving normally

I took corners normal and slow on bumps, didn't encounter any scrubs on this occasion

But I reckon I would scrub with a heavier load in the back

Looks good! I was considering going down this route when I was shopping for wheels.

Aiden I've emailed JustJap to see about the cost of those 8KG/4.5KG springs on their own. Will let you know what they say as I am already on the hunt for stiffer springs for them.

That looks awesome! A mate at work suggested this, wasn't overly keen.. My mind is now changed.. That looks HOT!

What tyre size are you running there?

So was I but I haven't been able to find anything stiffer than 8/4.5KG. So may have to get custom springs made up, but happy hunting!

may colour the outer part the same as the car, thank you for the ideas :)

Couzellion: the bc racing uk site has a wide range of springs that might have the spring rate your after

Posted

Cheers Anthony, tried them already. They won't ship to AUS or answer
questions on spring rates as there are Australian distributors for BC.
Not very helpful, wouldn't even tell me who the other Aus distributors were...

On a more positive note, JustJap got back to me with this:

Hi mate
We can order you whatever spring rate your after they $77 per spring.

Now
Im assuming that's 4 x $77 and he wasn't referring to $77 a set but at
least I've got an answer! So $308 for stiffer springs, think I can live
with that. Seems an ok price to me.

Just purchased myself a set of 19 inch kluger rims, just wondering what you guys think.

They look fantastic,I saw these on a black Camry in Vic a couple of years ago and looked as good as yours. Nice choice ;)
