Hey...peeps it's moi again. Just wondering if you guys have heard of the brand name Summit??? There's this shop near my place that's selling Front tower strut bar for $200! Is that to pricey, for that brand??? Don't even think it's made of Aluminium it's more like plain metal.

Any thoughts...

Also where can I get a good and resonable price Strut bars??? (Melbourne)

Cheers :D

Never heard of Summit.

If want something good at a reasonable price, whiteline is the way to go - available from any Autobarn. Not the most rigid but good for what you pay ( It's almost half the price of the TRD ) and alot of members are using them.

Unless it is Summit Racing in the US, who I have dealt with extensively for the last 10 years personally, and have had many a drag racing friend deal with for decades...

Then no...

are they the ones with the orange brackets one each side?

Summit makes front strut bar, rear strut bar, and rear member brace.

for the front strut bar its orange at each side, where as the rear strut bar and rear member is orange whole.

Yes they are manufactured in taiwan i believe, and those pictured are parts for the corolla. :)

infact if anyone's interested can let me know...

also, the top mounts are direct bolt on to the rear strut tops
